“Dont hesitate - just book!”
Excellent location - beautiful hotel (smells nice too) The rooms was amazing, very spacious, beautiful design with little touches such as welcome drink/chocolates. Lots of things to look at in the room! Breakfast was perfect - really lovely, take your time - we had to rush for a day trip the first morning and didnt get to appreciate the full experience. (we did the next day) We booked the hotel's restaurant the 2nd night - highly recommend. Over-all really made our stay in Krakow special.

Hotel was a lovely boutique one packed with beautiful pieces of art and quirky pieces of furniture. Staff were so, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional - no buffets here all cooked fresh.

Location fantastic, atmosphere and design fantastic, staff fantastic. Bed and especially pillows not so comfortable. Room too hot at night and air con. didn’t seem to work. We didn’t book breakfasts as we tend to skip them at home. We ate in the Fiorentina and found it exquisite, but perhaps an overpriced offering company with the hotel.
