Great host, clear and detailed instructions for check-in and happy to help at any time. The apartment was very clean and fully set up for a pleasant stay in a modern/seemingly brand new building. Location is great, loads of food and shopping options around. Secure underground parking available and public transport options nearby as well. 10/10 in my opinion, highly recommended.

Overall, the apartment was clean and cozy, but communication with the landlord could be improved. 1. The landlord requested my WhatsApp number, which I wasn’t comfortable sharing. Communication should have stayed on the booking.com platform. 2. There were too many unnecessary questions about check-in/check-out time, which felt like a hassle. Why don’t write just the code and instructions and that’s it. 3. The apartment I originally booked was unavailable due to a toilet issue, and I was moved last-minute to another property. While I understand that things happen, I was disappointed as the design and lighting were important to me. 4. Despite the above, the landlord continued messaging and calling me during my 3-days stay — including to ask about retrieving a vacuum cleaner from the apartment — which disrupted the experience.

The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Mateusz was helpful, providing excellent arrival instructions with clear guidance to the parking spot. The parking fee was very reasonable. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center. The view from the tenth floor was nice.

This is a beautiful apartment, well finished and spotlessly clean, the coffee was a very nice touch too. The building and the locality is really very modern, and very well looked after. The views from the 10th floor across Krakow are breathtaking, and can be enjoyed from the comfortable seats on the balcony. This apartment is probably the best that I have stayed in…ever! And incredibly good value for money too! There is a Carrefour right by the entrance to the building which is really convenient.

Super nice and very helpful owner. Beautiful modern apartment with great terrace and all you need for comfortable stay. Close to Wisla river - perfect for a walk that can take you all the way to Wawel castle. Alternatively, it is less then 5 minutes walking to tram stop from where you will get to the city center in no time.

Modern apartment equiped with all appliances (fridge, freezer, electric kettle, induction cooker, dish washer), also air conditioning and bidet. Also parking place available in underground garage which is great. Public transport within 5 minutes of walk, supermarket within 2 minutes. Owner is really friendly and helpfull and provided us all the information about check-in also with photos.

The Host cares a lot about all the small details like providing detailed instruction on how to reach and get into the building & apartment. The host constantly connects with us making sure we were comfortable and happy. We loved the clean, smart & contemporary interiors, we liked that there were some coffee, tea, salt and paper. there were clothes and dishwasher soaps which we thought that the host was very considerable. More conveniently, a small super market, Carrefour express was right under the building which made our stay so easy. The neighbourhood was so nice and quite, so we sat in the balcony to watch the sunset with nice hot tea and cute fairy lights the host kept for us there in the terries. There was a car garage which we could have used but we did not need as we were lucky enough to find parking space just outside the building.
