“Recommend for value vs facilities and location (with some comments)”
The host is friendly and quite prompt in responding here. The apartment was quite size-able for 2 travellers and quite close to the city center (maybe 10 minute walk). The apartment is in the loft / attic of the building and has very narrow stairs going up and no elevator so it is a bit difficult to carry luggage if it is a lot or heavy. There are supposed to be 2 bedrooms (one for 2 persons and 1 for one person or a child). The problem is that the single bedroom has a weird supporting beam blocking part of the bed which is also directly under the roof at an angle so if you manage to get in bed you'd most likely hit your head during the night or getting up in the morning. Pro side is you can use the room as storage for the luggage and the couch in the livingroom is quite large and expandable. The wifi is strong in the apartment. The water has pressure and hot water comes quite fast. The bathroom is nicely decorated. There is also quite a large terrace for who wants to enjoy breakfast or coffee or a sip in the evening or just to smoke. Appliances in the kitchen work well. The parking lot charges 5 eur / day and is owned by the host, directly in the yard of the building. Once you are parked you do not really need to take the car out since taxis are very cheap and more comfortable than the hassle of having to find a parking space in the city.

“Amazing apartment with a perfect view”
The apartment looks amazing, it’s designed with care and the temperature in the apartment is cool and comfortable even if it’s hot outside. The view from balcony is gorgeous, a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The host was very welcoming as well. All the compliments!

Everything was great. Everything was comfortable, clean and nice. Only location is a little bit away from the city, but maybe it is 20 minutes by foot. Everething was great and we'll come here next time with joy!
