The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is surprisingly quiet for such a central location. One bedroom has a balcony facing the back (very quiet), and the other overlooks the courtyard (ok).

I have to say that everything exceeded our expectations. By far, one of our best choices, if i am to be honest. Starting with the host, Luka, who made sure everything was in order. Parking the car just outside the back courtyard of the building was easy. Location is perfect as it's quite central and so you can go anywhere from here. The apartment was very clean when we got in and we honestly felt like staying at a hotel. Construction is robust as the building is recent and we enjoyed the fact that the accoustic isolation between floors seemed to be well above the average. Aside from a few kids playing now and then, you won't hear a thing, which to us, was crucial. As to the heating, you will have AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The AC takes some time to take effect, but we understand that is normal so no issues there. We actually apppreciated the fact that we could use AC on both divisions to keep the temperature at a warm and comfortable level. The bathroom is as spacious as it is luxurious. Water pressure was good and the showerbase is very well built. No water spilling. The balcony was good, but we had to place a few chairs outside. I would recommend the owners to put a table outside to make it more lively. Your stay here will be very comfortable as the couch and both beds are really that good. I like how the owners spared no effort to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Special mention to the TV's on each bedroom and the very fast Wi-Fi connection.
