I’ve stayed at this accommodation three or four times already, mainly because the location works well for my job. However, the area itself isn't ideal. Right next to the building, there's an active construction site, so it gets quite noisy from 7 AM until 5 PM. As for parking, I would recommend using a side street nearby where paid parking costs less than 200 dinars per day, and it’s usually possible to find a spot. The space directly in front of the property is not officially marked and shouldn't be considered proper parking—it’s best to avoid it. Overall, the place is okay if you just need a place to sleep for a night. But for a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend.

I booked the apartment for a one-night stay for my aunt. She was extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment itself, and all the amenities. We will definitely choose this place again the next time we're in Kragujevac.

“Weekend getaway”
The apartment is very nice and modern, they have an air conditioner that helped us heat up the room, the bathroom is very clean and comfortable and they have great cosmetics (from brand rituals). The apartment had towels and there was enough storage space for our personal stuff. We entered the room with a password access.
