“Horrible Situation”

I never stayed at this property. My reservation was effectively cancelled upon arrival because nobody was present at the agreed check-in time. I called the phone number provided and was told someone could pick me up and take me to another location. I did not accept this because I will not get into a stranger’s car. After that, I began receiving messages from approximately 10 different phone numbers, including unsolicited links, photos, and addresses. I did not authorize my personal data to be shared with third parties. The property owner has since stopped responding to my messages, and I am unable to cancel the stay through the platform. I was forced to find emergency accommodation elsewhere at my own expense. I am requesting an immediate cancellation with a full refund, as well as an investigation into this property for violating safety, communication, and data-protection policies.

The bed was comfy.

location of the apartment was very convenient for us as it was less than 5min walking distance from Arsenal Fest spot.

When using hot water to fill up the jaccuzzi it took forever. It was barely hot water and the preassure was really low

Apartment is clean and the location is great. Everything was perfect during our stay. Nothing to complain about.

It's very nice apartment. It's big enough and clean! It had everything. And its location was very good because it's in the center of Kragujevac! For sure, we'll stay again if we travel there in the future.
