For a 2 star property it was absolutely fine and served its purpose as a bed for the night before an early morning flight to Bangkok. The staff were great and arranged a taxi to the airport for the standard fee of 250 BHT. There is a 7 eleven next door if you want tea bags and milk

We only stayed one night as needed to be close to airport, its set back from main road, 7/11 next door, and business park down the road for food. But was on a busy main road.

Spacious comfortable rooms very close to a large Lotus's, with many eateries. Good place to stay when flying in or out of Krabi airport.

First of all, for our comfort, we requested two additional towels. We were charged 100 baht for them, and not in a very polite manner. Not very honest, but fine, I can accept that. It’s not a luxury hotel, so I can understand the charge. Then, on our first night at the hotel, the air conditioning stopped working... We were given the choice between a room with separate beds or a fan. We chose the fan and ended up sweating all night. The next day, we left, and they came to fix the air conditioning. When we returned, we noticed that the two additional towels we had paid for the night before were missing. I went down to the reception to get them back. What followed was a surreal 30-minute discussion, where I was scolded like a child. The staff's English was very poor, or in some cases, nonexistent, making the conversation difficult. They explained to me that the 100 baht charge was only for one evening (which was never mentioned when I paid). This led to an unpleasant negotiation to retrieve my towels—a bizarre situation, as in most hotels, I would have gotten my towels back within 5 minutes. I felt like I was asking for something extremely complicated. In the end, they only agreed to exchange the towels I already had. Still unfriendly and without a smile. Probably an extra paid option here as well. I finished my stay with only two towels, even though I paid 100 baht to have two additional ones. Absolutely ridiculous. Unheard of. Avoid at all costs. To note: unlike most hotels, no breakfast is offered, nor is there a scooter rental service. There is also no hand soap provided in the bathroom…

The room was nice, especially the bathroom. The tiger cave temple is 40 min away on foot.

The hotel located by the road, near to the Lotus hypetmarket, outlet village and Big C, as well 5 min drive from the airport, rooms small and clean with the split unit AC.

Big room. Close to airport. Walking distance to local modern shopping centre. Good stay for getting to airport quickly.

When we arrived at the hotel we were shown to a small, dark room without a window. Apparently we had booked that, but of course there was no mention of it when booking. After complaining we were offered a room with a window and of course an upgrade. Be extremely careful and ask about what you are booking.

It was fine, and the closest we could get to the airport, but it was still a 10 min drive to it. So still needed a taxi.
