The place is wonderful and the owners are so kind. It is off the beaten tourist track with a nice park close by and walking distance to the markets. The owner also offers a free shuttle into town. There is water, tea, coffee and toast for you to use any time. If you want a quiet area, away from all the tourists, in an authentic neighborhood, then this is your place.

“Large, clean, so friendly!”

The owners were absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond in every aspect. The room was so big and had a lovely balcony, and a clean private bathroom. There was water in the fridge in the room and a little morning coffee & toast section in the hallway. 20 minute walk into Krabi town, but they offer a free ‘shuttle service’ to and from the Krabi night market every evening 7pm-9pm. Couldn’t recommend it more!

“A perfect and welcoming place to stop off”

The room and our private bathroom were large, spacious and clean enough. The location is right by a cool park with loads of people doing sports and I believe free outdoor exercise equipment to use. There are stores locally, a 7 eleven right across the street. They are doing construction outside but this didn’t bother us at all. Over all a positive one night stay, extremely reasonable cost and as per the other reviewers the host is absolutely adorable, he is such a lovely man. They also offer free bananas, water, bread (with toaster) and they have a communal microwave too which is handy.

The staff provided immediate service and response to all our requests, and for the price, it was definitely a good choice.

Host was very responsive. They arranged sunset beach tours in very short time after our request. Property is clean with good ventilation.

We are absolutely delighted. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The room is spacious and the bathroom was perfectly adequate; we lacked nothing. We were also provided with drinks, coffee, water, and bananas – a truly thoughtful touch. Another bonus: there's a 7-Eleven across the street! We would come again 🙂

We spend a couple of days at Uncle House before flying from Krabi. We had a large comfortable room with aircon and a fan and a fridge with water view and our own bathroom. The staff is very kind and helpful. They took us to the local night market with delicious food for super affordable price, I had a very yummy catfish for 60 baht ! The restaurant right next to the hotel is good with very good prices for a nice pad thaï for example. They offer taxi service with a fair price which is very convenient to visit around and go to the airport. There are a few little shops and a seven eleven super close. It is a short ride from the Crab statue and the temple in town. Great location.

“Good value for money.”

This is a family run budget accommodation. We stayed for 3 nights with our teenage daughters. The price meant we could afford two separate bedrooms instead of squishing in together in one room. We had whole top floor to ourselves including balcony where we had evening drinks and cheap dinner from 7/11 across the road. 20 minute walk from town. The owners gave us a free ride to town then we would walk home. You can also book your island hopping tours from the accommodation. Such a nice family - they also offered free bread/bananas at all times. Very quiet.
