No breakfast. Great cafe, May&Mark, across the street. Location is excellant, very good for shopping, organising further travel, night markets and watching the world go by.

“Worst experience ever”
Unfortunately, the experience was far below acceptable standards due to the following issues: • The room was extremely dirty, with hair in the bed and bathroom. • There were insects in the room. • The hotel staff refused to either change our room or clean it, despite multiple complaints. We had booked four rooms but were forced to sleep in the two least dirty ones, which were still in unacceptable condition. Additionally, I had booked another night at the same hotel and would like to request a free cancellation and the to the poor conditions during our stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing a full refund for the reservation and ensuring the cancellation of the additional night without penalties.

“Exceptional”
We arrived late at night and the staff at the reception greeted us with kindness and patience. Check in process was very quick. Our room was bigger than expected and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The next morning we were allowed to check out a little bit later which made our lives easier (travelling with baby). Amazing experience, will definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Krabi.

Location was great right on top of night market and surrounded by places to eat all within walking distance.Ideal for single travelers.would recommend not sure what made my room super deluxe nothing special.
