“Stayed a few hours because the pool was nice and the AC was silent otherwise it was not worth it.”

The pool and the ac were the only bright side of the mini villa. Thanks to the security guard Deedee for going out of his way to get me up to the villa in the middle of the night.

Oh my.. everyting was amazing! The private pool, the views, the floating breakfast, nice staff, everything is very close - the beach, Thara national park and camp, night market.. for this price you can’t get a better deal! We loved it!

Villa with private pool was wonderful- being able to swim on a whim was lovely. Read a review that room and pool weren’t cleaned but ours was done daily.

Amazing stay here, the room was clean, the room service was yummy, the pool was lovely and private and staff were lovely. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach but taxis/bolt/grab is easy and cheap enough to get each time. We loved the villa so we stayed there most of the time rather than go to the beach. Just bare in mind when checking in you must go to the hotel ‘anda sea tales’ to check in then they will transport you up to the villa, it was no hassle just good to know before you go. Definitely recommend and well worth the money.

“Amazing view on top of a hill”

The pool in the room was a good size compared to just having a plunge pool. It was also quiet and private. We didn't have any neighbours peeking in. It is a lovely property on top of a hill with a great view and everything in the room was nice and comfortable. I read a lot of reviews before going there and was aware that the 'front desk' for this property is in another property and that there is a steep hill. The staff told us to just 'whatsapp' them if we needed anything. However they do not respond to the whatsapp at all. They also set timings to do things at our property e.g. change the safe as it was faulty. Set a time and date and then don't turn up at all. Thank goodness we had a motorbike to go down to the other property. Even though the staff made mistakes, they were extremely polite and courteous and accommodating. Apologising and fixing issues immediately when you are face to face with them. I have to commend this because they had the patience and kindness and they deserve a compliment for this.

Initially, we enjoyed the villa to some extent because of the lovely private infinity pool. However, numerous issues arose after check-in, and the poor customer service proved to be a significant inconvenience and disappointment for us.
