the room is extremely well designed and 11m2 are used to make it look bigger. The area is quiet and the people on site very polite and helpful. As I arrived late, we negotiated with the security guard in a mix of German/English/Russian with a strong Polish overlay ;-). Either way I found everything I needed. Good Polish breakfast that caters also for vegetarians.

The hotel is amazing - clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff is very kind and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel serves amazing food, that you do not need to wait for ages. The whole territory is very well taken care of, nice to walk around. Facilities are new. Highly recommend!

“Shocking experience! Whoever owns hotel should fire the staff”

We notified the hotel about late arrival in advance, nevertheless nobody gave instructions how to check in. After arriving around midnight and making multiple unsuccessful calls, we had to search for help ourselves. Found the security man who said that he does the check in after 22. Upon getting to the room, we found it UNPREPARED and NOT CLEANED after previous guests. What we saw were used sheets and towels, trash, dirty floor, leftover food, messy bathroom, forgotten personal belongings. Unfortunately, security man made unsuccessful attempts to reach anyone from the staff using few phone numbers, but nobody picked up. As there were no more available rooms, we simply left the hotel, as we were lucky enough to have relatives not far to stay overnight, but what if somebody had nowhere to go? It is far from the city and there are not many hotels in the surroundings. After reporting the issue, got zero help or compensation from hotel administration, had to contact them couple of times via Booking to get a reply. In the end just got an offer of 30% discount, but I would not even pay a penny to stay there. The issue was escalated to Booking, so we got some support. Hope nobody experiences this. Definitely not we expected after a long exhausting trip.

Definitely value for many and exactly how you see on the photos. There is not much accomodation options in this particular area. Spa and other activities are in separate buildlings as this is a tennis club facility - hand't had a chance to try but all was clean and well kept

Good location, perfect hotel for its value. Good automation and key system. Cleaning did not come within 2 days of stay, but thats okay. Too many people on the weekends because the territory is open for outside customers of the pool & restaurant, but that is expected in this time of the year.
