“Best hosts, great stay!”
Giannis and Kiriaki are incredible hosts! Greek filoxenia at its best. They answered to the tons of questions we had and gave us a lots of great tips. We visited off season so, it was a nice tranquil stay with enough great cafes and tavernas open and accessible by foot. The room was huge, well-equiped and spotless. Super comfortable stay and a great sleep. We hope to return again very soon. Euxaristoume gia ola!

“Luxury, Nature, and an Elite Aviation Experience – Iniochos 2026!”
Staying at Nicolas Luxury Suites was an absolute highlight of our trip to Greece. This place far exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of high-end comfort and a unique, vibrant atmosphere. As we were visiting for the Iniochos 2026 Spotters Day, we were thrilled to find out that active fighter pilots participating in the exercises were also staying at the suites! Being able to relax and interact with them in such an informal, high-standard setting made our trip truly spectacular. It’s the ultimate endorsement of this hotel’s quality. Our room was incredibly comfortable and featured two private balconies. Waking up to serene views of the surrounding nature from two different perspectives was pure luxury and the perfect way to start a busy day. We absolutely loved the separate gazebo with dedicated BBQ facilities. It’s a fantastic spot for evening integration and outdoor dining, surrounded by greenery and peace. The interiors are stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff’s hospitality is second to none—they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel like a VIP. Whether you are an aviation enthusiast looking for the best base for Iniochos or a traveler seeking luxury and tranquility, Nicolas Luxury Suites is the place to be. “Short escape to Kourouta”
The suite was spotless and very well-maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything perfect. The hosts were kind and welcoming, always attentive. Its location is excellent,close to the beach with easy parking. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

“Great little stopover on our roadtrip of the Peleponese”
This was a surprise- beautiful new apartment with everything you need Great sized fridge and plenty of cooking facilities Beach was nice, more busy than others we've visited but it had a great feel Sat at a local bar, drank beer and read our books until sunset. We were not rushed and the waiter very attentive Really enjoyed our 1 night Great parking outside the apartment and we think it was the owner who gave us a fabulous bottle of white wine Had dinner on our balcony

Large and comfortable place, was cleaned daily and got fresh towels on the second day. Two balconies with clotheslines and seating. Big bed with comfortable mattress and pillows, good wifi and AC. Bathroom window and balconies had mosquito screens. The hosts were really friendly and we even got a bottle of homemade white wine. There was coffee, water, juice and even jam and little croissants available upon arrival. Check in with lock box really convenient.

“Really luxury property in quiet place”
One of the best accomodations I have been in Greece. It can keep up with luxury suites in west Europe as well. From 29.10. to 07.11. I had beautiful weather with temperatures 25-26 Celsius (one day 23 degrees and few showers).
