“A true paradies!”

This place is simply paradise! The location is breathtaking – right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe with crystal-clear, shallow water that’s perfect for both snorkeling and children. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas are included, and food is served directly at the beach. They even have a bell at each sunbed to call for service – something I’ve never experienced anywhere else in Europe! The villa itself was a dream: spotless, spacious, very comfortable, and with a huge terrace equipped with loungers, a table, and chairs. Truly right on the beach – you can’t get any closer! The whole property feels peaceful and private. Yes, it’s a bit secluded and you’ll need a car, but honestly, we never wanted to leave the resort – everything we needed was right there. The host and the entire staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and spoke perfect English. The on-site restaurant and bar were excellent – delicious food, traditional and generous breakfast, and a wide range of drinks at the bar. Prices are a little higher, but it’s absolutely worth it because everything here is just perfect. Getting there was easy with the ferry from Lavrio/Athens, and the taxi service on the island worked seamlessly. All in all: a hidden gem where you can simply relax and just be, without countless restrictions or rules. We will definitely return – this is truly a paradise in Europe!

“Perfect place to stay and enjoy KEA”

Breakfast was lovely, served in a beautiful location. Included any coffee you wanted. This is great feature. Room was clean, well decorated and with kitchen facilities. Big plus the coffee machine in the room.

Comfortable room, with stylish design. Great location, with beach bar and restaurant alongside. Beach and sea simply astonishing. Very good cleaning services (everyday the cleaning ladies were taking care of our room). Many thanks to all the people there (Kostas, Fwteini, Aggeliki, Apostolos, and all the rest). You are great. We will come again in the future.

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday and a truly wonderful stay at Porto Koundouros. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who made us feel right at home. Their hospitality set the tone for the whole stay. The service provided by the staff that followed was equally impressive – always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. The villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (A hidden gem we’re still dreaming about)”

Porto Koundouros Beach and Villas stole our hearts. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found something special—charming, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The villa was cute yet clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. Everything felt lovingly cared for. They greeted us at the gate, because we arrived so late and they accommodated us. We visited during super low season, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves—peaceful, quiet, and almost dreamlike. But even in this off-season serenity, the service? Absolutely top-notch. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel like honoured guests. You could feel their pride in the place, and it made all the difference. Breakfast was a full-on feast (way more than we expected, in the best way), and everything we ate or drank on-site—from meals to drinks—was bursting with flavour and clearly made with care. Everything we ate was delicious, and the cocktails, you MUST order them. The location? Right on the beach, with sunbeds waiting for you and direct access to the sea. Even though it was too cold to swim during our stay, we still enjoyed lounging around on our sunbeds and just eat, drink and chill. This is the kind of place you go to with your girlfriends for a soul-refreshing escape—or honestly, no reason needed at all. Just go. Kea is a gem of a Greek island, and Porto Koundouros was beyond exceptional!

Very polite people and all spaces are very clean. There are many amenities offered so you can spend all day there.

I had the best time in Porto Koundouros. Beautiful villas, the service was extremely friendly and kind. The food was delicious, and the beach is magical. Best place in the island!

Very quite beautiful place with a good hotel bar by the beach. Villa is clean, good decorated. Beach towels provided. Very nice helpful workers at the reception. There is enough space/sunbeds on the beach. There is a small playground as well. Large capsule coffee. Two capsules will be provided for the entire stay. There is bottled drinking water in the refrigerator, they will add more when it runs out (the tap water is salty)

The breakfast offered was ok. The beach staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fast with any request. Happy that beach chairs were part of the package. Beach was very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Loved the place, it was cosy and the managing couple were great, so was the staff. The room was more of a studio than a villa but it was wonderful
