“Wonderful stay at Iris Villa”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iris Villa. The property is beautiful, with stunning views and multiple inviting spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the villa feel both luxurious and welcoming. The pool and sun deck area are absolutely gorgeous and quickly became our favorite place to unwind. There is also a nice little beach just across the road with easy entry into the sparkling sea. Panagiotis and Anastasia took exceptional care of us from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were especially touched by the wonderful breakfast spread of local eggs, fresh fruit, delicious Greek pies, and excellent coffee. To top it all off, there were two adorable, incredibly sweet resident cats who happily kept us company while we lounged in the sun, a special bonus for animal lovers! We would absolutely love to return and would highly recommend Iris Villa to anyone visiting Kea. It has been one of our very favorite stays in Greece over the past 20 years.

“Paradise on Kea”
There’s nothing we didn’t like. Quiet location, perfect pool and Konstantinos was always on hand to help, everything was very clean and the room was cool with plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. The view of the sunset was phenomenal and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The small beach just a stones throw away is amazing and feels like your own private paradise. Thanks for everything!

“Beautiful place & location – but best suited for adults only”
The view from the pool was wonderful, with amazing sunsets. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and varied (only the coffee was a bit disappointing). The location is quiet, and with only about 5 rooms, very pleasant. The rooms are nicely decorated – not huge, but with lots of attention to detail and everything you really need (though we never used the kitchen for cooking). A very high standard overall, very comfortable and very clean. We appreciated the welcome gift of wine and cheese.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and very well taken care of. The host was kind and responsive, and everything we needed was available. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

“Stunning Kea Gem”
I am hesitant to let everyone know what a fabulous time my husband and I had at this divine little boutique villa just because I would like to keep it all to myself!! I wouldn't hesitate to go back and can't wait to plan my next trip. The location is perfect, the rooms were perfect, the view from the room was idyllic. The villa has been done in true Kea architecture and was beautiful to look at and stay in. We spent the day travelling the island and then arrived to be greeted by a warm and welcoming presence. We then had a dip in the pool and sipped on evening drinks before heading out to a restaurant nearby for dinner. In the morning we were served a delightful breakfast on our balcony and we then headed out to explore some more.

“Kea is an amazing destination very close to Athens and Iris Villa is the perfect stay there.”
Wonderful homemade breakfast included every morning. Beautiful pool in front of a nice beach accessible in 3min. People very welcoming and so nice. The Iris Villa is a beautiful and quiet place. We highly recommend for people who like privacy and intimacy rather than big resorts. Note that youneed a car to circulate in the island. Quick 1h ferry from Athens.
