“We had a great stay!”
This was the perfect location to explore the beautiful beaches of Skiathos, many were within walking distance from the property, which was great. The gentleman who checked us in shared many tips about which beaches to go to, and which dishes were the best at the nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nikos.

The accommodation was very comfortable and the level of cleanliness was high. Staff was helpful and the host, Ioannidis made our check in/out easy and helped with all the other queries we had.

Situated right next to forest which was lovely. Rooms are small and simple but clean. Niko is an incredible hospitable host. Walking distance to Koukonaries and several other beautiful beaches. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great.

Excellent Stay in Skiathos – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this hotel in Skiathos was wonderful. The apartment was well-organized, clean, and had everything we needed. Towels and blankets were changed regularly, and the entire apartment was cleaned daily. The host, Mr. Panos, was very attentive and always helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us when our son had an ear infection, which we truly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Skiathos and at this accommodation. I highly recommend it—100%!

The location is great. Walking distance to 4 great beaches: - Koukounaries Beach - Paralia Mpanana - Agia Eleni Beach - Paralia Mantraki Close to restaurants and shops. Great for a reasonable family vacation. Friendly staff, organized the transfer. Helps with a lot of information.

Big 2 floor apartment, great host, it is very good location near the most beautiful beaches. 2 shops and plenty of restaurants near the accommodation. They took out the thrash every day and offered new towels every 3 days. Also there was 1 bottle of water waiting in the fridge.

Villa Nikos is very good located, as it is near to the beaches. Also the bust stop is near, you can go to everywhere. The owner is really kind, he is helping with everything, he can give you program advices as well.
