The view of the lake from my balcony was really special. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bus stop was literally on the doorstep. The room was very clean. There were restaurants and supermarkets very nearby. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location near bus station and only 5 minute from the beaches.And The owners are fantastic. Due to the proximity of the lake, the air temperature is lower than in the city and sleeping is much more pleasant

Dimitris and Rula our hosts were the best, sad we didn't say for longer, was quite disappointing setting off to our new base in town..

“Quiet, beautiful and strategically placed”

The building and the surroundings are very quiet (clearly it depends also on who are the room-neighbours, but we were lucky). 6/7 beaches are at walking distance (from 5 to 25 min walking in the woods), plenty of restaurants and markets in the area, and there is a bus stop at 10 meters connecting to Skiathos city every 10-15 min until 1:00 am! The room was cleaned everyday and the linen/towel replaced frequently. The view of the lake is peculiar and relaxing. The balcony/terrace was big and comfortable. No mosquitos. The small kitchen is perfect for breakfast, the air conditioning was quite silent but there was no much need.

“Nice and cozy”

Owners are very kind and helpful people. Apartment, bars, gardens all areas are very clean. That is big and comfortable. Rooms has been cleaned everyday. Apartmant is well equipped. Hair drier, cutlery, paltes mokka maker, kettle etc. Bar has good price. Shop, restaurants, beaches are only short walk.We really recommend them. I am sure we'll go there back.

Overall features and experience exceptional. Beautiful garden with a bar. Very quiet and peaceful. Top location, walking distance to the number 1 best beach in Skiathos. Spotless rooms. Hosts are extremely helpful and kind. Definitely will come back.

Perfect location! 2 mins from supermarket and restaurants… 9 mins from beach or 13 mins to another beach - both lovely with great sunbeds and traditional and cool vibes beach bar/cafes. Right by bus stop 25! Super easy to get around. Loved getting water taxi to town from Koukounaries beach as another option €7 each person each way. Hosts lovely and helpful. Amazing shower.

“Wonderful”

Wonderful 2 week stay, room was small ( we knew this when we booked ) but brilliant for what we wanted. Lovely private balcony with views of the lake and bus stop outside. Hosts were the best. Nothing was too much trouble they made our stay even better. Had some lovely nights at the bar being entertained by Demetriou. He makes the best cocktails on the island ! Can't wait to return.

Location and cleanliness (daily change of towels & bedsheets) are the top offer of Maistrali Studios. Also the warm welcoming and guidance of the owners was outstanding.

We had a wonderful time here. The Host is super kind and nice. She gave us Beach towels and umbrella as well for our stay. We had a beautiful terrace and everything needed, like towels, bathroom accessories, kitchen neccesities. The beach is close, only a few mins Walk, the best beach. Also there is a supermarket 2 mins away and a good restaurant. I recommend this place.:)

we enjoyed the location, so close to all the most beautiful beaches of the island. the team of the property is sooo kind. it is on the Main Street going from the city center to Koukounaries beach so you do not need to rent a car neither a motorbike since you can take a not expensive bus running every 20 minutes.

The location is great. 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. The hosts are so kind and friendly, they gave us a free room upgrade and free late checkout. They gave us valuable tips about exploring Skiathos and other Greek islands.

Wonderful location with bus stop right outside. Quiet yet plenty to look at. Very friendly and helpful people who provide a personal touch. Great little bar at the back with good music and people to talk to.
