The studio was great, well equipped and super clean, located in the proximity of market and bus stop. Towels were changed every second day. Our host was very kind and helped us with anything we needed.

Very welcoming people, accommodated every need. The location was perfect, near koukounaries one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, also next to the bus. Very aesthetic !! Sad to leave 😢

The villa was quiet, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Great location, far enough from the road to be peaceful, yet close enough to walk to the beach. Ideal mattresses for a restful sleep, a beautiful view, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The host was kind and welcoming, made us feel at home right away and was always there when we needed him, amazing service. Even complimentary water bottles were waiting for us in the fridge, such a thoughtful touch.

A lovely quiet room in a beautiful location, just a short stroll to the beach and to the bus stop (easy to reach Skiathos Town and the airport). The beaches are amongst the best in Greece - at least when they're empty, which they were when we visited (we had two days from Oct 9th). The beach bar on the main beach was about the only place open, but it was perfect.

Clean, quiet, chilled

Very good location. Close to Koukounaries, Mandraki and Elia beaches, bus stop (23), shop, tavernas. Nice garden, close to the fragrant pine forest. Helpful and kind hosts.

The room was definitely worth the price. Everything was clean and cosy, bed was comfortable. All rooms have great terrace and It’s really calm around. Eventhough we had a car, everything is within the reach from the appartments, including well known beaches and groceries. We didn’t meet the owner, but the uncle was very kind.

The location is very quiet but close to the beach. The host is very nice and helpful. Room 1 has a renovated bathroom and is very good.

everything. We had stayed before some 20 years ago through a tour company so knew the location and remembered how good the property was. We are regular travellers to Koukouaries and Kaiti is one the best studios we have stayed in

A beautiful, quiet studio in a perfect location! The Mandraki forest was behind the studios and an easy walk to the beaches (3 lovely, quiet beaches can be found on the other side of the Mandraki forest). Shop and restaurants close by. Lemon trees in the garden and a beautiful view from the terrace. Spotlessly clean - with towels replaced every other day. Heaven!!

Best location to escape the heat and noise of the Skiathos city. Privacy. View to the garden (actual lemon trees). Everything was great. The apartment is close to the market shops, 2-3 very nice restaurant and beach. You have access to the pool and there is a parking near the villa. Would stay here again.

Beautiful setting, away from the main road but close to mini Market and several tavernas. Within walking distance of several beaches. Regular bus service to Skiathos Town. Alex and his mum were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed, and the studio was cleaned every other day.

Alex is a great host. He is very friendly and always ready to help. The apartments are located in a quiet and peaceful area. Alex and his mom have a very nice garden with flowers, lemon trees and oranges. The terrace is very big. Alex gave us a lot of tips about Skiathos (about trails, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores). I recommend it!
