Surrounded by a pine-tree forest overlooking Koukounaries Beach, the 5-star Elivi Skiathos covers an area of 213 acres and consists of 3 residential areas, including the Elivi Xenia Hotel, the Grace Suites and the Nest Villas&Suites. It features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa centre with indoor pool, hammam and sauna, and a variety of fitness facilities. Elivi Skiathos offers a variety of luxurious rooms, suites and villas, most with private pools or outdoor hot tubs. Each opens to a balcony, patio or terrace and offers views over the forest, the Aegean Sea or the gardens. The modern bathrooms come with hydromassage showers. Free WiFi access is provided and room service is available 24/7. Guests can start their day with an American buffet breakfast served daily at the Leda & The Swan, where they can also enjoy International and local flavours for lunch. An eclectic blend of the finest Mediterranean and international dishes can also be enjoyed at the refined atmosphere of Leda and the Swan Restaurant. There is also NEST Greek Fish restaurant, while guests may enjoy Asian cuisine at and Hagoromo. For signature cocktails, beverages and wines guests can choose among the 6 on-site bars. Elivi Skiathos is located 50 metres from the famous Koukounaries Beach and 30 metres from Banana Beach. Skiathos Port is 8 km away, while Skiathos Airport is at a distance of 9 km. My stay at ELIVI Skiathos was part of a business trip, and I was truly impressed by the overall experience. From the very first moment, it was obvious that great attention has been given to every detail, both aesthetically and functionally. As a woodworker and craftsman, I naturally pay close attention to materials, finishes, and construction quality, and I genuinely appreciated the level of work throughout the property, the furniture, and the overall architectural approach of the hotel. There is a beautiful balance between luxury and natural character, without feeling excessive. The staff was polite, professional, and discreet, while the entire atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel relaxed and genuinely welcome. Congratulations to the management and the entire team for what they have created. It is one of the few hotels where you can clearly feel the passion, care, and high aesthetic standards behind every detail. I would be very happy to visit again.

“Perfection.”
Everything - we booked here for our honeymoon and the staff remembered us by name after the first day, the services and facilties were fantastic and every need was accommodated without any issues. The views are perfect, the spa is wonderful - Stamatis and his team made us feel so relaxed and refreshed. There are staff everywhere cleaning and maintaining the place so you feel comfortable, and any small issues are fixed within a couple of hours. The staff were even kind enough to drive us up in a golf buggy to watch the sunset! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy Skiathos with a bit of luxury.

The hotel is spread out over a wide area with access to a few beaches with facilities like a beah bar/cafe on them. The room and bed were very comfortable. The room has a great shower with hydromassage features. You can get the regular bus service outside the hotel to Skiathos town, it takes around 40 minutes and the bus can get quite busy at times.

Set in an amazing location, modern property. Clean facilities. Helpful at reception and great restaurant recommendations. Get them to book as they get you the best table with a view! Great rooms. Really comfy. Great golf buggy service to take you around the hilly resort.

Very clean property. Big kudos to the cleaning Lady. Most staff are polite but not trained. The 2 Ladies in charge of Guest Relations were also wonderful. The manager was also very helpful and kind and immediately addressed the issues I raised. The hotel offers boat rides. Captain Panayotis was a very pleasant surprise. We went twice and ,on both occasions, it was enjoyable. It is reasonably priced. Beach beds very comfy.

Absolutely breathtaking views from all terrasses and restaurants. Equally breathtaking beaches. Not too crowded, and always possible to get Elivi sunbeds. Great to have free transportation with the minicars within the resort area. Really nice personnel - we were always greeted with a smile wherever we went.
