“A Relaxing and Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Setting”
We had a wonderful 5-night stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The property has a beautiful garden area, full of greenery, colorful flowers, and lovely trees, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation itself is not particularly modern, but it has a charming, cozy feel and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing us to rest very well every night. We also really appreciated the daily housekeeping, as the room was cleaned every day and kept spotless throughout our stay. Another big plus was how quiet and peaceful the place was, making it ideal for relaxation. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, tranquility, and the beautiful natural surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. We would gladly return and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

“Would come here again”
- the room was cleaned daily - the property is situated in a quiet location - it had a nice balcony where I could relax - great location close to the koukounaries beach, but also at 30 minutes walk through the pine forests to the beaches in the north - close to the bus stop and a market

“Great choice close by Koukounaries and Banana beach”
Excellent location, close by Koukounaries beach, verry quiet, the villa excedeed my expectation, it was modern, nice, clean, small but enough for my family. The yard is great, we spend some evenings there hearing the music from the tavernas near by. The hosts are so wonderfull, Mata and Kostas, verry helpful, offering daily cleaning and grapes.

“Great location in a traditional Greek property.”

“Very well located, clean and welcoming”
Kostas is a warm and inviting host, so helpful. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable, and absolutely immaculate. It’s well located for several glorious beaches, having a lovely walk through pine trees to quieter spots. There is a choice of good mini markets and restaurants, or you can hop on the bus into town. Water sports are just 5 minutes away. Probably should have got a car or moped, but it was so convenient we walked or used the bus. Can’t recommend enough!!

“Loved it”
Very authentic, family run accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. Helpful and friendly owners who, while being on hand if needed, allowed me to enjoy my own space. The apartment and studios are pristine inside and out. With easy access to beaches on the north and south coast, if you like a walk, this accommodation is fab.

“Kokounaries Villa”
The apartment is situated in a strategic position so far from the caothic city and it was perfect for this. Our "Villa" was new with modern bedrooms and kitchen. You will find close to the residence everything that you need for your stay (local for aperitif and after dinner, market and typical taverna). Kostas, the host, is a very nice person, He was always available with the guests. Thanks

Location was perfect, 15 minute walk to at least 4 beaches. Very quiet. Supermarket and restaurants also within 5 minutes walk. Very easy communication with hosts.

I've had a wonderful stay at this cosy, clean, well equipped and well located studio (4 minutes walk from bus stop 23), managed by a very professional manager, Kostas. Also, it's at only 8 minutes walk from Koukounaries beach, the most beautiful beach of Skiathos ! Thanks for everything and see you again soon :)
