Very convenient for beaches Lovely views Quiet area. Daily housekeeping Towels changed every couple of days Bed changed after a few days. Excellent Highly recommended

Great location , great staff. Lovely room with a great view. Supermarket and really nice restraunts and coffee shop on the door step. 5 minutes from koukanaris beach on the bus stop into the port.

“Absolute bliss!!”

Situated at the quiet end of Skiathos near Koukounaries Beach - it was peaceful and beautiful. There are amazing tavernas and a supermarket nearby which is really convenient - but a hot tip: if you are able to shop at the big supermarket in town the prices are nearly half and there is much more variety. We had a scooter so getting around was not an issue but there is also a bus stop nearby which is cheap and runs every 10-15 minutes. The room is comfortable and clean with nice touches like a fly screen on the main door to the balcony. Giannis is an amazing host, friendly and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The owner was so welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Provided us with lots of information of where beaches / bus services etc. It is also ideally located to some excellent beaches within a 5/10 min walk. There is also a supermarket at the bottom of the drive and an amazing Taverna next door which did the most amazing Gyros!

Very close to Koukounaries Beach. The staff is super friendly and helpfull, knowing a lot about the region and the daily conditions in the area. The views from the balcony and main terrace are beautiful, AC works pretty well and you can close the shutters so the night sleep was perfect.

Gorgeous location though not if you struggle with steep gradient path up there… gorgeous views … really charming authentic style … immaculate and well equipped - lovely welcome … fabulous location with beach & restaurants local - lovely to other stunning g beaches too … water taxi from Skiathos drops you do close for just 7 euros

We had an amazing time at Aelia Studio, the room had all the necessary facilities inside. In max 5 minutes walking we could reach Koukounaries Beach and approx 10 min Agia Eleni Besch. There is a super market just outside the studios and 2 very good restaurants nearby. The bus stations 25 and 26 could provide easy access to Skiathos town.

We had a wonderful stay! Yannis and the staff were very nice and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. Our room was spotless, with top-level cleaning and so much attention to detail. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, and we had all the amenities we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was excellent – we could walk to the most beautiful beach on the island and also take the bus easily to Skiathos town. The landscaping around the property was so carefully maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and already know we will definitely come back!

Really nice small cozy family hotel in a quiet area of Skiathos, with all top-rated beaches neaby. Very clean (and cleaned regularly), aircon, anti-moskitos nets. Owners also opened a bar this year on a terrase, so you can have famous greek coffee fredo or another drink anytime. Supermarket and a few tavernas - 5 min from the hotel Comfy beds and pillows.

“An excellent stay and beautiful view”

It is the third time we are staying at Aelia and it is always an excellent stay. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful from the last floor. It is close to Koukounaries beach, maybe the most beautiful beach in Skiathos. Many thanks to Giannis for his help and his fast answer to all our questions. As always, Dorina and Eugen are keeping our room spotless clean and are ready to help. We will for sure come back here !
