villa clean and spacious, garden lovely cooked on the b&q most evenings, local fresh fish and butchers 20minutes drive, fruit and veg shop 10 minutes drive into town where there is bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, boat hire, and a spar and much more.

“A secluded location for a truly beautiful villa, supported by an exceptional host.”
The location was awesome - out of the way amongst the olive groves and grazing sheep only 5 mins from Tsilivi where you can buy most of what you'll need during your stay, which itself is only 5 minutes from Zakynthos town (Nowhere is very far away on the island). The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a wonderful garden and secluded pool. It even has it's own tortoise! And what can I say about Spyros? The perfect host - accessible, proactive and with a wealth of documents and ideas to help you get the most out of your stay on this lovely island. Unbeknownst to us we were there over Orthodox Easter, and Spyros, of his own initiative, provided a loads of information and narrative so that we were able to experience a lot of unique Ionian traditions, that otherwise we would have missed, associated with this time of year. If anyone has come across this property in a search, I'd recommend that they stop right now and just get it booked!

“Lovely modern villa, beautiful garden, gorgeous countryside, stunning pool, private and safe”
The location is superb. Only 1km outside the main drag in Planos and close to stacks of activities, but private and authentic with a lovely countryside outlook. The outside of this villa is delightful - especially the pool. We really enjoyed our stay. This is a far better villa than others twice the price. We also really appreciated the water, wine and melon on arrival. It's little things like this that mean so much when you've been travelling all day.
