The location was fantastic, it was very near restaurants, bars, a bakery, the supermarket and also a beautiful beach. The room was cleaned every day and was always extremely clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was clear, easy and timely. Everything was great and I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartments were just outside the centre of the village a very short walk to the town beach. Plenty of restaurants bakery shops etc nearby.

Great location near the port, village shops and beach. So quick to get everywhere! Very clean and the room was made up on the second day which was nice and unexpected. The staff were friendly and responsive. The room is well stocked if you want to make some food inside, they had cute appliances like a toasted sandwich maker and a small plug-in stove. Overall I'd recommend for convenience and price.

The room is only five minutes from the beach in a quiet area. The host, Margarita, did her best to ensure that I had a great stay. I will definitely choose it again next time that I will visit the island

The location is central, the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. The small outdoor patio was also convenient for drying clothes. Margarita, the host, was very helpful and welcoming, which made check-in and communication easy and pleasant.

Rooms are clean and have good facilities. Fridge, kettle and small grill which are convenient.

ALL Perfect,Really best location to stay.Just 100m away to the best supermarkt and lovely bakery in the village. That Baker has extremely nice buttery Croissants,a bit pricey for 2,25€ each,but worth it.short stroll to the small port of Koufonissi to hop on hop off to the lovely beaches.Koufonissia has its own special vibe.I recommend to stay at least 3 nights.the longer you stay,the better.The only thing which was poor,is Wifi connection.But the manager told me,that they are already working on that to improve.Water pressure in shower excellent.Hot water every time.Enough sockets to load all your devices.Excellent comfortabe new bed with strong matress ( I need it hard ) Thank you very much for my stay,could not have been better.Fellow visitors : Make sure to bring some juicy cat food,there are a lot of sweet cats in the large yard.I had room Nr.14,next time I would choose Nr.15 with a large roof terrace and direct,uinterrupted sea views.:)

Amazing place,, great value for money, exceptionally clean and really friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help me when there were no boats due to severe weather. 10/10 I will most definitely return

Really kind the triple room... a large double and a single... the whole room was light and airy as we had windows or doors on three sides... opening up to a large terrace with a view to the sea. Spotlessly clean each each. Good wifi. Appreciated the toasted sandwich machine in the room as we saved on breakfasts! Close to shops/restaurants. In Koufonissi make sure you do the one day boat trip to some islets, Iraklia and Schinoussa... such a great day (and you get to snorkel over a submerged WW2 plane!)

- Margarita the manager/host was very nice and accomodating when contacted. There are only so many things that can be fixed on a short stay. - They did have a single room - The hotel has good bones and is in a good position just out of the Chora. There is so much potential to make it nice very easily

Very clean!!!! Even the blankets were changed daily. Have never seen it in any other hotel/Room facility i have visited
