Petros Rooms are a wonderful place to stay when visiting the beautiful island of Koufonisi. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and provided an excellent breakfast each morning. Our room had recently been decorated and was spotlessly clean. Location is excellent being very close to the beaches and only a short walk in to town. From our balcony we had a delightful view of the sea and the island of Keros in the distance. On our day of departure Petros went above and beyond to help us catch a better ferry after the Meltemi had interrupted ferry services in the Aegean.

Beautiful property and very well kept. Largest shower and bathroom we ever had in Greece! Rooms are very neat and clean and spacious. Petros and family are friendly and welcoming. He also picked us up at the port and took us back. We can 100% recommend Petros Rooms!

The location was perfect, tucked between the Chora and the beaches, making it easy to enjoy both. Excellent location between the town and the main beaches in a lovely setting. Petros and his family are lovely, lovely breakfast every morning and beautiful clean rooms.

Warm and very welcoming hosts. In a good location, on the quieter side of the island closer to the better beaches. Breakfast of cake, hard boiled egg, Greek yogurt w/honey, bread w/spreads and coffee or tea. Pick-up/drop-off from port.

Petros rooms are in the perfect location, walking distance of beautiful beaches and the town, but in a peaceful setting with amazing views and the rooms are all newly renovated to a very high standard. They were very welcoming, picking us up and dropping us back to the port and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We also had a lovely breakfast every morning included. We will definitely be coming back.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the high rating of this property feels overrated. Pros: Room as described, renovated, quiet location at night. Early check-in (1h) and late check-out (30 min), though constantly mentioned as if it were an extraordinary favor!

Petros and his family were very welcoming and picked us up from the port. The rooms were clean and we had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Very good location, walking distance to beaches and the town. Very friendly and accommodating, We would definitely stay again.

Impeccable quality, one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever slept in, the bed was amazing with really lovely bed linen. Simple clean design, everything worked well, very quiet. Balcony with a lovely sea view. Location was tucked away to the side of the village about 15 minutes easy walk away. Good easy access to the beaches. Petro and Zoe were lovely hosts and very helpful.

The location is excellent, short walk to the amazing beaches and a 8min walk into the town. We were met and dropped back to the ferry by our lovely host, who also gave us great advice on which beach’s would be the best depending on the wind. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the views from the rooms were lovely looking out over the sea. Breakfast provided each morning

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel like part of the family. Petros and his family went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. My room had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea — the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. What truly sets Petros Rooms apart is the location — it's close enough to the main village of Chora to walk easily, yet just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. Beaches like Finikas, Fanos,Italida and Pori are also within walking distance. One of the nicest parts of my stay was the daily breakfast, which was a lovely way to start each day.

“Spottlessly clean and relaxing place to stay”

We loved the rooms minimalistic decor and how spottlessly clean everyhting was. I think we have never been in an accommodation this clean! The building is brand new so everyhting felt so fresh. View from balcony to the sea is really relaxing. Owner Petros is really nice and funny guy and his wife is so lovely. Petros takes you from/to the port with his car. Location is nice, basically next to nicest beaches and 8 minutes walk to village if you take the shortcut. When it's dark it's better to walk the road and that takes 15 minutes (took time for both 😄).
