“The perfect stay!”
We absolutely loved our stay at Ionathan's. Beautiful room and pool, delicious breakfast brought to us on our terrace every morning, and the kindest, most welcoming family team. And a perfect location on this wonderful island. We recommend it very highly- if you are visiting Koufonisia then this is the place to stay!

“Quiet tasteful hotel in central location”
Location was wonderfully quiet but central to restaurants and cafes. Also 3 minutes from the port and the town beach. Decoration very contemporary and tasteful. Access to a lovely swimming pool was a huge advantage because the beaches were incredibly busy. The best hairdryer in any hotel we’ve experienced! Lovely to have separate beach and pool towels available in each room.

“Blissful”
The location - it was blissful to lie in bed and look out over the swimming pool and sparkling sea beyond. The hotel is just a step away from great bars and restaurants (and the beaches of course) Also, within the hotel garden, there are many herbs which smell amazing The comfort and style - you can tell so much thought has gone into the place. Including one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in The breakfast brought to our little terrace The dog-friendly welcome for our dog Nina!

“Perfection is the only way to sum up our experience, this island is a hidden gem it’s magical”
The breakfast was made fresh and different every day Iona is up early every morning to bake you unbelievable treats, the love is in the food ! The location could not be better, overlooking the port and very close to heartbeat of Koufonisi Both hosts could not be more friendly or kind than what they were, rooms are spotless and you will not find a more magnificent swimming pool anywhere ! I told Iona that one day when i die (if i go to heaven) if one slice of her baked pie could be waiting for me i would be content forever 😊

“Amazing stay we'll try to come back”
Incredible attention to detail, help, support, advice,... Amazing incredible breakfasts with handmade bread handmade jam, fantastic yoghurt and fruits, The location cannot be matched, everyone responsible for helping people where incredibly friendly amicable and nice in general. The room was pristine and equipped with everything you could need and the value was unbelievable, if we are back and we surely will try to do so will definitely be staying here. My pure luck when I was booking I tried to book only three of the four days we were staying and decided to keep the room and stay the last night in a different hotel because they didn't have any availability, The difference was incredible my advice is if you have the chance stay in this hotel even if it is not available for the full duration of your stay, stay stay at least for a few days so that you can enjoy Greek culture friendliness

“Fantastic visit to Koufonisi”
Such a wonderful place to stay I would highly recommend visting. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and spacious. They had a well equipped kitchenette as well which was great and a balcony off the bedroom which was lovely to sit outside. Really well located with a swimming pool and close to the main port and village. Delicious breakfast served daily and most importantly fantastic service! I will most definitely go back next summer.

From far, the best place we have stayed in Greece and one of our few favourites ever. Beautiful view of the magnificent pool, the sea and the surrounding islands. Pure white and gray, well designed and decorated with taste. Very friendly family atmosphere, amazing breakfast with different homemade pastries. Ultra clean and very well taken care of. The island itself is really nice and some good restaurants around. Nikolas for fresh fish recommended by the owner was particularly good.

“A well designed suite-hotel in the heart of the town.”
This is a beautifully designed hotel in the heart of the town. The rooms are new, big and comfortable, the beds are also very comfortable. Good breakfast served in the room. Everything is spotless clean and in excellent condition, just like in the photos. There are all the possible facilities that someone may need.
