“Close to Finikas beach and you can see the sunrise from the patio!”

Loved the location, the apartment is literally a stone's throw from the beach and you can see the sunrise from the patio. A bit of a walk from the town, but that's what we wanted. The place is brand new. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and responsive.

“Essential reading for a good stay”

My low score reflects my experience ( see below ) not the quality of the accommodation which would be an 8 or more. The property is new, nice decor and a great shower with a rainwater head. Outside there are sun loungers and even an umbrella to take to the beach which is less than 100 metres away as is a reasonably good taverna. WiFi strength is excellent. There are no shops nearby meaning a two km walk back into town. The kitchenette ( see photo ) is basically two shelves with an electric hotplate and some cups, plates and utensils but no kettle or saucepan so not sure exactly how you are supposed to use hotplates. Self catering other than basic breakfast not possible.

The location is good. Also the staff were very helpful with arranging transfers and providing a quick shower before we left. The studios itself has recently been renovated and therefore looks nice

“Overpriced and bare minimum with nice driver for transfers”

Transfers back and forth to the port by a very friendly and hospitable driver who gave us very good tips about the village. The island of Koufonisia is amazing with very nice hikes and it is easy to get a taxi boat from the beach in front of the rooms to other beaches such as Italida and Pori. Worth going The best of the island is the beach in Kato Koufonissi, very nice sea.

It was close to the beach and fairly private

Right next to a stunning beach and a quick walk to the Kaufunisia town centre - perfect location. You can walk to all main beaches easily or take the water taxi. Room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily and overall very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would.love to return

We had a really wonderful time during our stay. The finikas beach was 2 minutes walk from our room. The staff were amazing. Big thanks to Katerina who took every day care of our room, always clean and tidy with clean towels and of course to Dimitri's the receptionist that was always with a smile and kind and happy to help with everything. Katerina and Dimitris you both are stars 🤩 Thank you🙏 A big thank you as well to the lovely van drivers that picked us up from the port to our room and reverse. Amazing people, super friendly and welcoming!!

All the staff was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. The room is in perfect location, close to beaches and a 15 minute walk from town. It was clean, bright and had a perfect view. Would recommend 100%.

“Pleasant accommodation with a very high price”

The host was very welcoming and available, I asked him to check out 2 hours later than his policy and he gladly accommodated us, let alone that he asked us how we were doing and how was our staying. He was indeed a very nice host. Also the location of the rooms was very convenient for several reasons. The apartment was only 100 meters from Finikas beach so you could get some food or drinks , as well as enjoy a beautiful beach if you didnt wish to walk another 35 min to Pori beach. In addition it was only 20 min walk from the port of the island where all restaurants, shops and nightlife was, so a pleasant walk but also far away enough to have a peaceful sleep at night. Moreover the view was beautiful, watching the sea, the olive trees and the landscape of surrounding islands. Also, there was basic cleaning service every day with changing of towels.

Very nice room with plenty of storage space and rooms. Close to the beach and small boats for transport. Restaurant beside location for evening meals and breakfasts.

The place is located very strategically near the beach of Finika, so from there it’s very easy to reach the port, the city centre and Italida beach
