We loved everything about the house, from every detail in the house and its surroundings to Sofia's hospitality!

“Great location, spotlessly clean. A little oasis in the middle of town.”

The accommodation is right next to Agios Georgios church and is in the hub of the town, close to restaurants, bakeries and shops. Only a very short walk to Ammos beach. I got lucky and was offered upgrade to an exceptional luxury suite with its own plunge/jacuzzi pool. The accommodation is kept spotlessly by the staff Sofia was very welcoming and did everything possible to make my stay a happy one Although the room came without breakfast, Sofia made me homemade treats on arrival and every morning Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very peaceful and relaxing accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Sofia was a very charming, kind, generous, and thoughtful hostess. The breakfast she made me was a feast and her handmade cakes and pastries were delicious!

“Absolutely Amazing!”

We absolutely loved this place. The accommodation itself is fairly new, very well appointed and very modern. It sits right in the heart of the main port town on Koufanisia, yet the only sound that breaks the peaceful silence is the occasional ringing of the church bells which for us just added to the charm. However the one thing that sets this property apart from others is the hospitality of the host, Sophia. Every time we returned to our room after a day lounging on one of Koufanisia's absolutely stunning beaches she would great us with a little snack and a cooling drink. This lavishing of treats extended to breakfast as well when she would present us with a tray of home made goodies. We will return to Koufanisia and hopefully the wonderful Aeris apartments.

“The most perfect stay”

Everything was perfect..the room was beautiful, stylish , extremely clean and comfortable with everything you would need, including a fabulous shower . I slept so well. As a solo traveller location was so important and it is right in the centre. I was given excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc. Sofia was amazing she picked me up and took me to port and gave me the most delicious home made sweets for breakfast and on arrival and she even drove me to beautiful pori beach and picked me up after my day. There was also a lovely beach a few minutes walk away. Sofia and Nadia both made me so welcome and work hard to make this property perfect. I will definitely return.

“Lovely stay in Koufonisia”

Sophia came to pick us up at the port, which was great after all the traveling. The bedroom is clean and has all the appliances needed for a nice stay. The garden and surrounding area of the villa is beautiful and well taken care of. The food sophia prepared for us was delicious. In general we loved our time there, it was quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. Sophia doesnt speak english but she manages with google translate.

The room was modern and very well equipped ( particularly nice crockery) and spotlessly clean. Our welcome was excellent - a free pick up from the port. Sophia provided cakes, homemade lemonade and one of the best breakfasts we had in Greece. Highly recommended.
