This smart and comfortable property is ideally situated in the heart of the town, close to all the wonderful restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach. It is spotlessly clean and has all the facilities you need including a gorgeous pool. But the highlight is the warm welcome we received from Sofia, our lovely hostess who is just the best. I don't have enough words to describe how perfect this place is. Everything - the location, the space, the pool, the view, and especially our host, Sofia, she was incredible! She’s a truly lovely person who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She brought us delicious fresh bakes every day, kept the place spotless, and gave us great recommendations whenever we needed them. Thank you, Sofia! We'll definitely be coming back!

Perfect location in chora! Sophia is so lovely and was very accomodating! This accomodation is in the Center of the town and about a 15min walk to the beach!

Flawless service and attention by the management. Very comfortable & clean. Lovely pool with outdoor shower. Great location for the main shopping and bars, restaurants etc. Short walk to the port and beach taxi boats.

Amazing accommodation in the heart of Koufonisia. The facilities were fantastic however the incredible hospitality from Sofia was the winner here. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to this little island. We will definately stay here again.

We spent our holiday in the villa with private pool (room 1). The location and view are stunning, everything you can expect if you book this room. Very clean and great attention to detail. But what makes this place the most pleasant experience is the staff: Sophia and Vichy are everything you would like to find on your holiday. Caring and the kindest people always available to help and make you feel at home. They always surprised us with delicious home made breakfasts and more during our stay. This is what made it a special and unique memory and will make us want to come back! Thank you.

This is a beautiful property wonderfully maintained by Sophie who puts her heart and soul into ensuring the guests are welcome and enjoy their stay. From the time she picked us up at the ferry until we left she was the perfect host- also possibly the best cook on the island! The unexpected home-cooked treats were fabulous. We loved the central location - easy walking distance to the restaurants and all of the beautiful beaches on the island. Fabulous.

“Amazing villa and service”
The villa was located in the middle of town but was still very beautiful and relaxing! Sofia, the owner, was so kind and came with breakfast and homemade cakes to us. The facilities offered bikes so you could explore the beautiful island of Koufonisia! The villa offered a calm oasis in the middle of the city close to nice restaurants!
