It was a quiet and pleasant place to stay. The backyard view was amazing, there is a paddy field, and it was being farmed during my stay, which made the experience even more special. The property is also very close to the Kottawa highway entrance, which was extremely helpful for my travels. My family and friends visited us a few times during my stay, and we really enjoyed spending time together there. The place was good value for money.

The caretaker is very friendly. Beautiful house with a very good facility. Comfortable beds. A loving place to live without any problems. Good for the family. Highly recommended. Good value for the money.

Worth for money 100%. A cool villa with 3 bed rooms and 2 baths. 2 bedrooms are air conditioned. Villa is fully furnished. Have a kitchen with gas , pantry with all kitchen equipments , two lobby areas in first and second floor , Nicee book collection to read , smart tv , small sound setup etc. Kind owner and You can enjoy your holiday without barriers. Recommended 100% 😇💯

“Grate place to stay with your loved once.”
Well located, lovely place, spotless clean and very calm, 100% can keep a privacy, such a grate place to stay friends and family, and it gives much privacy for the couples. And the bachyard is wonderfull with the paddy. Worth for money. And the caretaker was very friendly. We are hope to come again.

“A GREAT HOUSE”
This is a BEAUTIFUL HOUSE. With nice expensive furniture and fittings this is a peaceful retreat. This house is so nice, that it demands that you look after it -- as you found it. Nice to hear the occasional monkey jumping among the trees, especially when jack fruit, fall to the ground.

“Great peaceful location, plenty of space”
We stayed at this house for 2 days while on holiday. It is conveniently located closer to Kottawa Town. The property is next to a paddy field in a peaceful relaxing environment. It also has air conditioned clean rooms, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. There is lot of space for kids to play and and strolling on the paddy fields was an extra. Host communicated proactively via the web site and gave us a number to contact for getting the key. He met us at the arrival and gave us a tour of the house. Overall extremely satisfied and great place.
