We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The apartment was clean, specious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable holiday. Dusan and Dana exceeded our expectations in every way. They were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, making us feel completely at home. We were treated to delicious homemade cake and juices, provided with all information we asked for, and even driven to the bus station when we only asked for help calling taxi. We also received lovely goodbye gifts, which was such a warm and unexpected gesture. We truly appreciate their outstanding hospitality and recommend this place to everyone. A great place to stay - we would happily return!

“The best place to stay in Kotor bay”

We loved everything about this place, it was simply the best place we have stayed in during our holiday in Montenegro. The location within a short bike ride away from the old town of Kotor was great, the facilities in the very comfortable apartment was excellent, the views of the bay of Kotor from the terrace is out of this world! We also had one of the best experiences of our time in Montenegro because of our wonderful hosts Dusan and his wife Dana who treated us like old friends. Thank you to you both. We wish we could have stayed much longer but we are already thinking about coming back.

Loved the hospitality and the cleanliness of the property. The host is quite respectable and straightforward. Little things matter and I liked that he made it a point to see us off along with his wife. The place was well equipped with all the cooking appliances, dishwasher and utensils. The TV had all the important apps on it to keep us entertained. The views were amazing and we enjoyed having coffee at the porch in front of the apartment. Overall, I loved the place.

“Beautiful stay in Kotor Bay”

This was such a great stay! The apartment is big and well planned out. Kotor Bay is literally steps away, where you have a private space to enjoy the sun and water. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants, but bikes available to go a little further. Dana and Dusan were wonderful, friendly hosts. Would stay again!

Fantastic accommodation: Large clean bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space; Professional kitchen with all possible appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc.); Beautiful bathroom with hot water 24/7 + washing machine :)) . Powerful and stable internet connection, cable TV, ..... Just 10 steps from a quiet beach and warm sea. And finally, the friendly and helpful hosts make you feel at home. I can't wait for next year visit ...

Some treats in the fridge on arrival were a nice surprise. The rain shower was amazing. The waterfront location was very good and the owners very helpful.

Very well-kept property. Fantastic, smiling owners. The standard exceeded our expectations. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker are just some of the amenities. The sea is 10 meters from the property. Fenced parking. Fast, broadband WiFi. I definitely recommend.

Apartment Petrovina was a fantastic discovery… close to Kotor (but not too close) and perfectly located right on the waterfront with beautiful views over the bay and just a few steps to dive into the beautiful warm water from their own ‘Ponta’. Our hosts (Dana and Dusan) could not have done more to make our stay a great one and their attention to quality and simple kindness really makes a stay at their apartments stand out from the crowd. Of the many great reasons to stay… enjoying the sunset from a SUP out on the bay, warm evenings spent on the terrace eating dinner, watching life go by as Dobrota wakes up, the free bikes to explore along the coastline, the great AC, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, all the TV platforms you need, the hassle-free off street parking, convenient local store… Without a doubt, we’ll be back and hopefully for more than the 4 days we had this time around.

I loved the location, the best in Kotor. Parking is available on the spot. The apartment is one bedroom. It was very clean. There is washing machine, which is great! The bedroom size is good, the size of the wardrobes is more than enough.

Good communication, good location, good view, free parking, hospitality, kitchen utilities, hygiene, comfortable bed and pillow.

Perfect stay, everything that you would need. Really close to the ocean. And the owner (Dusan) went out of his way to help us. He even arranged a doctor's appointment and drove us there because we couldn't get a taxi. Fast WiFi too.
