“Good stay, Great location”

Overall stay was pleasant and the property was comfortable. A kitchenette with coffee and tea options are in place which adds as an extra convenience. As a thoughtful bonus, wine, juice and a few munchies were provided which made the experience feel more welcoming. Location was convenient to explore the nearby areas with dedicated car parking space. Host was in constant touch via messages to keep us updated on check-in detailing's, tourist tax payments and so on.

When I opened the windows in the early morning I was treated to the sight of a large sailing boat gliding by our window in the Bay of Kotor.....beautiful beginning to my day! The owners greeted us personally and showed us all the amenities which was a bonus. We had the entire building to ourselves as we were there late in the season. The bedroom/kitchen/living area were are very spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely stunning place – the highlight of our entire trip! We traveled along the whole coastline, and nowhere else was as beautiful as this. I honestly can’t put into words how happy I am that we chose to stay here. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly – they made us feel right at home. If I ever return to Montenegro, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else – only here! I recommend this place 100%, without a doubt. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! Laura

Owners were nice and picked us up from the Blue line bus, which forgot to leave us at the right place. We got complimentary wines. The style of the house was traditional with beautiful stone walls.

Perfect location! Magnificent view! Incredible host! It is an area worth visiting! The rooms are spacious, very clean and have a unique appearance! It was a very pleasant stay!

the room was very comfortable, with a good bed and air conditioning. we had no mosquitoes thanks to the nets on the windows, and the shower and bathroom were good too. most of all, the owners were super helpful and accommodating, and really made our trip great. if you’re after a quiet relaxing holiday, then the location is perfect. we spent our days reading and sunbathing and couldn’t be happier with our choice of property.

Everything was great. Huge thanks to Petrica and her family for everything. They are very friendly and informative owners, they care for anything you will need. The location of the place is between Tivat and Kotor. And I assure you that this location is the greatest place to live/stay in that area. The view from the hotel is fabulous, and the town of Stoliv, in which this hotel is located in, is a fascinating-town. Along the whole bay of Kotor, the scenery is tremendous everywhere, but trust me this place is on another level. Had a very very good time overall. And I strongly recommend to anyone else who will read this. Hoping to come for the 2nd and 3rd and 4th time too 😊

Elegant property in a well preserved stone house of historic value. Petrica is an excellent host trying to do everything for the guests to feel comfortable and always with good advice. Honestly, it is a beautiful spot in the most beautiful area of the whole Kotor bay, remaining still a bit untouched from massive tourism. Also centrally located to visit everywhere around. A place to fall in love and real value for money. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Awesome location, quiet and relaxed with a great view. The owners were super helpful and extremly customer oriented. We have done a tour in Montenegro and this is the best location where we stayed and where I would go back. Totally recommend it.
