“Beautiful location, lovely apartment and friendly host!”

Beautiful apartment with a lovely little terrace. Outside deck was just as pictured if not better, gorgeous view and peaceful quiet location. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds for guests and umbrellas if needed. The cleaner came daily between 10am - 12pm, beds made and fresh towels given. Host was super friendly and accommodating, always happy to order a taxi for us also which was so useful. Communication was fantastic and super quick.

There was a lovely welcome package with home made cakes wine soft drinks and water which was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeper and owners were very helpful especially when we needed help with a taxi to the bus station.It was cleaned every day with fresh towels. A very comfortable apartment in a beautiful location.Lovely sunbathing area by the waterfront.We would highly recommend staying there.

“Great place on the fjord”

Perfect spot on the fjord with private little terass over the water. Parking onsite. Beds confy, kitchen reasonable well equiped. Easy to reach both Kotor and Perast.

Beautiful property, right on the shore of Kotor Bay. Easy access by car, parking included. A shop and restaurants & bars all within a few minutes walk. Very clean & spacious apartment.

We stayed here for a week in September and we absolutely loved everything about this apartment. It just felt so clean. I’d say my favourite part were the hosts, the family are just so kind and can’t do more for you! Whenever we messaged them to order us a taxi or ask questions they get back to you so quickly.

“A serene stay with incredible hosts”

We loved our stay at Villa Maestral. It was incredibly beautiful, well decorated and impeccably clean with cleaning service every day. The hosts were so accommodating, leaving drinks on arrival and giving us plenty of tips about the area. We thought the nearby restaurants, view and jetty onto the sea made this a much more relaxing option than staying closer to the old town. It was so quiet and peaceful. We would stay again in a heartbeat. If you want to reach the old town, we recommend using the company ‘red taxis’ during your stay. It was only €7 to reach the old town in a matter of minutes.

Location in Dubrota was excellent, lots of great restaurants close by and a 3km, flat walk into the old town of Kotor. Having the private beach and sunbeds out the front was amazing, we used them everyday. Apartment was spacious and clean with a great kitchen with everything we needed and views across the water. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The beautiful jetty with sun loungers. The view is incredible and the area is very peaceful. The owners were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, down to the drinks stocked in the fridge , the daily cleaning, and the delicious cake.

- The short way to the sea was phenomenal :) Good restaurants are close as well. - The apartment was a really nice mix of modern and traditional. - The fridge was filled with some drinks and a piece of cake, that felt like a nice welcome. - It's good you can rent bikes; by foot, the old town is about 40 minutes away, in the summer sun that can be longer than you might think. - Every question was answered very quickly.

The property is lovely, just on the shore - even more beautiful than on the pictures. Quite, surrounded with trees, lovely accommodation for couples but also for bigger groups.

“Beautiful apartments near Kotor with stunning sunlounging area”

Absolutely stunning views of Kotor Bay from this beautiful accommodation. The sun lounging area is so picturesque - we loved our daily sea swims! The accommodation is quite far out from the main Kotor area (a good 50 minute walk) but we actually preferred staying near to the accommodation and eating and drinking nearer by rather than heading into the busy centre. Definitely check out Gospar restaurant for an evening meal.
