The apartment is just in front of see side with perfect view from balcony. Apartment is equipped with everything you need, even there is wash machine. Ana and Ivan, owners, are extremely friendly and trying the best that you feel like in your home. Orahovac is perfect location between Kotor and Perast. We enjoyed relaxing time on the beautiful beach in front of the house and very peaceful nights. We will definitely come again!

“Amazing apartment”

Friendly owners, amazing view, comfortable bed. The bed in sleeping room is better than in owner picture.

We spent 5 days in the apartment in October. The place was very calm, unbeleivable view of the sea. The autumn is the best place for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Ivan even told us about the local history. We hope we can come back!

“Great stay!”

The view was unreal and Ivan the owner was incredible! Really helpful and we would have been lost without him at times. A couple of nice beach bars and restaurants, a very basic shop all in walking distance. A small beach a stones throw. When it rains you aren’t very well protected in the beach bars as catered mostly for outdoors but we really enjoyed them both. The property albeit basic is good value for money.

Beautiful view from the window of the bay and mountains. Quiet surroundings. Parking on the property. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and contactable owner. He told us a lot about the history of Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor. The stay was very pleasant and I would heartily recommend it.

Sublime views from apartment, near a beach, the household were very family friendly, thank you for the fish, loved our stay and highly recommended.

Excellent location, quite lovely view. Paking available. Hosts Ana and Ivan are very nice. Gave us great advice on what to do while here. They were always available . Ana cooked us a beautiful tasty local fish dinner on the last night. The apartment was very clean, photos on the Web site are correct. We stayed 5 nights. We would stay here again

“Relaxing apartment with a view over Kotor bay”

Comfortable apartment with a majestic view over the Kotor bay, located in a small village near Kotor with a very relaxing atmosphere. The property was squeaky clean, with everything we could possibly need. We also very much enjoyed the private recreational area just outside the apartment, with benches, tables and a fireplace. The host is a friendly man, who did his very best to make us feel at home and gave us a lot of advice: also loved the chats! Thank you

Hosts are super helpful and kind, helped us with registration on the place. The view from the apartment is amazing and surrounding is calm, no noise. Everything you may need is in the apartment. There is a bus stop very close, so you can get very easy to Kotor or other small cities around (local Blue line bus and some regional buses also can be taken there).

“Wonderfull place and hosts, we will come back!”

We liked literally everything! Anna and Ivan are the kindest hosts we've ever met - always ready to help, advise and much more. The apartments exceeded our expectations as the owners do not advertise that there is a very large patio where one could cook/grill your dinner, do some computer work or just relax with a glass of home made wine. There is also a balcony with one of the best sea views in my life :) A small and very quite beach is few steps away. Quite a few family restaurants and small cafes nearby. A very large private parking space (for the SUV + roof rack). Ivan also offers private boat tours for his guests - we had one of the best boat tours around Boka bay as Ivan knows a lot about history and can tell you many stories and show you a lot of places around. We plan to return probably next year and definitely we will go back to SSM Apartmani. Thank you Anna and Ivan for your kindness and your help, we had a wonderful time at your place!

Thank you Ivan and Ana for being such wonderful hosts. We were greeted by Ivan with some lovely home made wine and his father joined us. We stayed for three nights and it was very comfortable. The view of the bay of kotor is amazing. Car parking space is available. Apartment is clean and comes with a kitchenette. There is one grocery store nearby for immediate needs. We enjoyed our stay here and meeting your lovely family. God Bless!

SSM Apartmani is a FAMILY run accommodation - the apartman is spacious and nice, balcony is amazing, but the best thing is an interaction with family. We have spend some time with the family, we have received rakija, salted fish, home-made wine etc. You just feel like at home which is pleasant and full of humanity...

Ana is very attentive, kind, contacted with us before arrival. We got a bottle of very good local red wine, which we drank on the balcony with a wonderful panoramic view to Kotor Bay.

Ivan and Anna are great hosts, we felt very welcome. Upon arrival there was cheese, a selection of meat and a bottle of wine. We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The children asked if we come back next year!

Beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean and comfy. Mostly well equipped. Maybe a little toaster for morning toast can be added but just a suggestion. Very nice host from the son of the host to the grand Mother, we felt very welcome. Any case, what you will not get tired off is walking to the balcony and just admire the view. We were not expecting the view to be as amazing as on photos, we were so happy to find out it was. Book without hesitation.
