“Amazing views, amazing house - a wonderfully stay!”
We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Montenegro. It was by far the most well-stocked and luxurious accommodation we experienced on our trip. The views were absolutely stunning, and the house itself was spotless, with very comfortable beds. Travelling with two small children, we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like the slide and trampoline – such a bonus for families! Our hosts were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the absolute highlights was the boat day they arranged for us – a must-do experience and a real standout of our trip. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with amazing hosts and unforgettable experiences, this is it!

We spent 6 nights at the villa. It was great! The owner is very hospitable, pretty and assisted in all matters. She met us personally, despite the fact that we arrived late. She helped with accommodation. Villa is well done, has everything for a comfortable stay with a family or a large company. Perfect TV and audio systems, fully equipped kitchen, a huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the Bay of Kotor. The owner also helped with taxi reservation restaurants.

I visited Kotor for the first time and had the best experience ever. This was my first time visiting Balkan and my first stop was villa Invicta. It took my breath away the house is even more beautiful than in the photos and the view is stunning. Everything in the house is like in the best luxury hotel. We were really pleasantly surprised with the exterior and the even more beautiful interior. The thing that was the main reason why we said that we will come again was the host. Zarklina is the nicest and the most accommodating person we met and she has the best team. We wish that all the hosts were as attentive as she was. The cleaning lady was very professional and she did everything to our liking. This is a real pearl and we will be back soon.
