The apartment was great, we loved the balcony and the view. It was very well equipped with a great kitchen for cooking in. The beds were very comfy and it had everything we needed. We loved swimming from the pontoon in front of the house and walking into Kotor ( 30-40mins)

Great view. All the equipment you could need was there and in good condition, a lot of space. Possibility to swim and tan was 50m from the accommodation.

New, clean, well equipped. Great view from the balcony. Very close to the see.

Everything was a 10. Beautiful view of the bay. New apartment. Very clean. 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything the same as was as described in booking. The photos show 100% of what is in the apartment. Gym and sun loungers available at no extra charge. Parking on the ground floor. It couldn't have been better.

New apartment with modern appliances. The bay was literally at the bottom of the drive way. Decent restaurants, shops just around the corner. Kotor's Old Town 30 min walk with a baby buggy. Nice view from the balcony.

“Beautiful Apartment, high standard.”

The apartment is stunning, everything is modern in great condition and is a great size. The balcony has great views of the bay at either end of it. Start the morning with some coffee and a seat on it, sheltered so catches the early morning sun. Konstantin the owner is very obliging, he drove us into town to the supermarket to get supplies to last over Hogmanay/ New Year’s Day, shops were closed those days.

It was so pleasure to stay in Melodia del Mare! Many thanks to Zoya and Konstantin! My husband and I had a wonderful apartment with everything you need for life) so every evening we returned to apartment as to own home) 1. Everything in apartment is new 2. We never heard our neighbors:) it was so quiet! 3. 50 meters - and you swim in clean water:) 4. Half an hour to Kotor center 5. Garage for your car! 6. A mini shop just around the corner 7. Many cafes and restaurants around!

Our stay was amazing. Great owner, who took us from and back to the airport for good price and he also helped us to rent a car. The accommodation had perfect location, you could easily get to the Old Town of Kotor by food on the promenade where was bars, restaurants etc. Accommodation has also great access to the sea, which i really enjoyed. Near to there are few good restaurants and also few seconds away there is a market. Everything was super clean and se had the best view from the balcony. We were really happy we chose this amazing place.

This is a beautiful, newly furnished/renovated, and convenient flat steps from a private beach (you can borrow beach chairs from the gym that you can easily bring with you, from the garage, you just cross a narrow beach-side road and you’re there). The modern and fresh flat has all the amenities needed for a convenient and comfortable beach holiday, family stay, from very new appliances to a large terrace for dining with a view, sunbathing, and drying any laundry. The cleaning was superb - it’s probably one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in of 20+ across Europe, Asia, and Australia. And then the absolute cherry on top is that Konstantin and his wife are very lovely and helpful hosts. They picked us up at the airport for a competitive price, gave us helpful instructions, drove us to sort out the tourist passport registrations and kindly brought us to a fish and farmer’s market on the way back as we cannot drive. Their hospitality set the tone for a wonderful time in Kotor. A last note on the good location - the flat is located just 2 min from a small convenience store and some restaurants, 15-20 minutes on foot from larger grocery stores, ~30 min on foot along the beach to Kotor Old Town. For those in cars, it’s even more convenient and a nice serene, quiet location versus staying in Kotor (Old Town). Highly recommended!

“Amazing apartment”

The apartment was just perfect - modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the sea and good restaurants. The parking space was provided in the garage. We enjoyed the great sea view from the balcony and wished we could stay longer. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you!
