“Perfection…… in Apt5!”
Amazingly accommodating host. Always available to answer questions and solve problems! Fabulous facilities. I loved the washing machine! Apt 5 is on point, neat and very clean. Nikola provided coffee beans and washing powder pods! The roof terrace with the egg chairs and ‘that’ view of the old town is to die for. The central location for access to the old town beats any of the big hotels. Absolutely a return to stay in Kotor. Top end, friendly, whilst not intrusive. Our best Booking.com to date. 10/10

Nikola was welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious, modern and comfortable with incredible views of the bay. The outside patio area and jacuzzi were very special. A quick 15 minute walk from the old town along the bay. Nice and quiet area tucked away from the chaos.

The place was perfect for us. Located close to town so we could walk into old town. Fully self contained with beautiful views and easy parking. Would stay agsin in a heartbeat.

Amazing, kind, friendly, helpful host. Great location close to shops, old town, boats. Spotless apartment, it looks brand new and has everything you need. The view is incredible. The deck with comfortable seating and rooftop spa make it even more special. Also excellent communication from host, & easy directions to enter. Highly highly recommend Marea DeLuxe Apartments.

The check-in was easy, and so was the check-out. A very cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities. There is a nearby store and a bakery. But the most important thing is the stunning view from the window.

Night view of the hill above the old town is absolutely magical. Apartmant itself fit all of our needs (apt 4). 10/10 recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was super clean and modern and the views on the mountains and the bay from the balcony and the roof patio were stunning. The apartment features also a speaker and a projector to watch Netflix in bed in case the weather is bad. Nikola was a great host as well and replied on every request super quick. We can highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

“Cozy, relaxing and worth it.”
Very close to major attractions, clean and modern apartment, enjoyed using the hot tub too. The host was always ready to help with any issues. Enjoyed my stay here. 10/10

“An Amazing Week”
Beautiful apartments in a great location, just a short walk to shops, bars and the historic old town. Apartments are immaculate and modern. We really enjoyed using the sun loungers and hot tub on the roof top space with incredible views across the bay. Nikola was a terrific host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
