The location is breathtaking and right infront of the lake with parking facilities. More importantly Jozica was an amazing host, so kind and super responsive. She went out her way to save parking for me, helped with local information.

Great apartment for a couple. The view from the window is amazing and the location is close to the Kotor city centre. If you have a car, it's around 8 minutes drive. Since the road to this apartment is a bit narrow, be careful when driving as there are no guard rails and one side is the sea. Easy check-in and checkout process, the host was really friendly and explained everything clearly.

We got a room that faces the Kotor Bay & views were very good. There is a restaurant right outside the property so easy to grab some beer while enjoying the views of Kotor Bay. The area has decent connectivity with buses (not so frequent) & cabs. A perfect spot to stay if you want to enjoy Kotor Bay lifestyle of the locals. The host is very nice & accommodating. But be ready to pay with cash.

The host met us, showed and explained everything. Was very nice and polite! View from the window was superb.

Quiet appartment with all comfort you need with great views

The location was great, it is right above the sea. So, beautiful views and it was neat and clean as well. The hostess was really helpful and friendly as well.

The view from the window is very beautiful with a wonderful landscape. The swimming area is right in front of the apartment. Also, the parking space is in front of the house.

Apartment is realy close to the sea

Fantastic location next to the coast with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. The apartments are decorated with taste, they have everything you need to feel like at home, and right in front is the Lanterna tavern with exceptional cuisine to fully enjoy the sea, the view, and the specialties. Free parking and 2 sunbeds per apartment are provided.

Great location on the waterfront, nice balcony and views across the water

Location is ideal in that the apartment is a 15 minute drive from the old town (assuming no traffic which is quite rare). Air conditioning was included which was a godsend. Everything needed for self catering was provided. Multiple parking spots were available to choose from. Local store and restaurant options are close by.
