Everything about the apartment was fantastic and exceeded expectation.

Absolutely perfect in every way. This was the cleanest and best-equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by such a warm, inviting atmosphere that it immediately felt like a true home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like a 10-liter bottle of water and a welcome wine, which made the stay feel even more special. The apartment smells amazing, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and the entire place is spacious beyond expectations. The terrace is absolutely magical, with a breathtaking view of the bay. The outdoor area is stunning as well, with two large dining tables, every kind of beautiful plant, a children’s playground, and even a private pontoon. It is the kind of place that makes you want to move in and never leave. And most importantly, the hosts were truly exceptional. Whatever we needed, they handled it immediately. They were kind, warm, and wonderful to talk to, and they created an atmosphere we will remember for a lifetime. We are definitely coming back very soon.

Close to the sea. Big apartment with nice amenities. Change to your swimming wear in house and go swim. Nice walking path by the sea all the say to Kotor town. Not crowded private peer. Top.

“Lovely stay with a small private beach”

The apartment was so beautiful. I’ve never stayed in a rental that was so carefully and tastefully decorated, truly felt like a home rather than a rental. Beautiful terrace with an amazing view. My parents were obsessed with the fact that we had a small private beach. Overall, everything was nice, clean, and the hosts were super lovely. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

This property has the unique touch of Vesna, which is a great person , who makes all the things that matter. She waited for us at 11 pm, we booked a boat trip with her help, she even let us to stay more in the last day. The house has her own little beach, where you would feel wonderful. It is just you the sea , and the mountains around, what would be more enjoyable? This would be a simple house if she wouldn’t be there, which is the soul of it.

“Don’t look any further”

It really feels like a home. Well equipped in the kitchen, some games, a beach parasol and possibility to rent SUPs. The view from the balcony is amazing and you can just park your car in front of the house, which is a huge bonus in Kotor in summer. Also the place is huge! Much bigger than the photos make it seem to be. Would definitely recommend it :)

It was relaxing to have breakfast or lunch on the spacious terrace overlooking Kotor bay. Great view! The apartment is large, very clean and well equiped. The sea is just some steps away. Easy access to the road going to Kotor old centre (3,8km) but far enough in order not to be bothered by the noise. The owner Vesna was very kind and the family restaurant, PepeNero in Kotor, has tasty food.

“Perfection”

Just spent a week at this stunning property which allowed us to fully switch off from the world and relax. Our host Vesna was wonderful throughout. Excellent communication, lots of helpful hints and tips for the area and just a lovely person. The one bed apartment is spacious throughout with all of the amenities you could wish for. Bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in, powerful shower, excellent WiFi throughout, much needed aircon, washing facilities, large balcony and views to make you smile every time you look out. It took us 60 minutes to walk into Kotor along the sea road, and 9 euros to return in a taxi. Convenient location.for the whole area, easy access by road in our rental car. Already thinking about our return.

The apartment was amazing; quiet and convenient location, exceptionally clean, very well furnished and equipped, the comfiest bed, great shower, a huge balcony with stunning views. Vesna and her husband were so friendly and helpful and gave advice about things to do etc.

“Outstanding host and home”

Vesna was an outstanding host. I think I might have never experienced such commitment from a host. She's a pro but still really cares. From the first message to the last she gave you a great feeling of hospitality. She even gave me a ride to old town whenever possible. If it wasn't possible, she organized taxis. She always responded quickly and cared for my wellbeing. Another big plus was that she organizes the tourist registration for you (which many accommodations in Montenegro don't and thus might get you into trouble). The apartment itself was outstanding as well. I never had one where you have such a feeling of a proper home abroad, due to the facilities and decoration. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped for a vacation-home. You also have a fridge with ice cubes and a big galon with cool water, which is a blessing in the summer months. Also, you can wash your clothes with several detergents. The drying rack on the balcony is a very handy detail for a home by the sea. The sea view from the sleeping room and the balcony is really nice. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels smelt nicely. The sofa could expand automatically, which was pretty cool, too. I think you could spend a lot of time in the apartment, even as a group.
