“Enjoyable”

Clean apartment with a nice view of the Kotor bay. Quiet location near the beach and a nice fish restaurant. The Host of the place is very friendly and helpful, she provide us with lots of information about amenities and places to eat visit and fully enjoy Kotor and Perast. Also if you are coming with your children there is plenty of space and kids playgrounds in the garden area. Overall the place has an enjoyable atmosphere.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Tamara and Dejan were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable right away, which really set the tone for a relaxing trip. The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear how much effort they put into maintaining such a high standard. And the view… simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a beautiful setting each day was unforgettable and made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Super friendly host! We stayed 2 nights and felt like home! Apartment provides everything you need, starting from air conditioning, cloudy beds, good wifi, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, including washing machine. Fantastic view from terrace! Free parking. If want to go to Kotor or Perast, u probably need a car, however, near there is a bus stop as well. Me and husband went to restaurant by feet (Veranda - working all seasons), it`s not far from the apartment. Have to say - we were travelling around Montenegro more than a week and each night stayed in different apartments. This was one of the best ones (in our top3) :)

We booked realy last minute and arrive at night time so the surrounding place is realy dark. The place is bit inside but the road still proper there. Just follow the location given to you. The host very responsive and helpful.

The houseowner sir was so kind and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights with my family (4 people). The house was so comfortable and clean, it was warm, and the view was amazing. We felt like it was our home. Also the location was super (in Orahovac), it is between Perast and Kotor, so it was easy to go touristic places.

The location is ideal — just a short walk from the water, with breathtaking views of the bay. Orohovac itself is a beautiful and peaceful village, full of charm and authentic Montenegrin atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy nature, while still being close to Kotor and other attractions. We truly couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything was extraordinary, especially the view. It was peaceful, had absolutely everything you could need, and was very clean. The owners were extremely kind and friendly, and the vibe of the holiday home was just perfect. You need a bit of driving experience to get up to the location, but if you’ve already managed the roads in Montenegro, you’ll be just fine.

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It's wonderful, completed to a very high spec, incredibly spacious and very luxurious . The balcony with the views over the bay was the highlight for us and just beautiful and it's a very short walk to a lovely little beach x

Awesome 2 bed rooms with everything a family would need for a week stay. 5 minutes walk to many beaches down the hill and short drive to the old town and 30 mints to Tivat & Budva

Excellent location, about 10 km from Kotor, (you'll need a car) Furnishings and fittings are to a high standard. It's quiet, roomy and well hosted, with excellent views from the balcony.
