The room is ok. Good wifi, great view on the mountain from the balcony. The housekeeper is nice, however she's only here in the afternoon.

“What a great find!”
This is a fantastic apartment. It is literally about 2 minutes walk from the old town walls and the same from the waterfront. There’s a small shopping centre across the road which has a supermarket in - great for picking up breakfast stuff. There’s also a bakery right next door. The apartment is very clean, very comfortable, quiet and has everything you realistically need. Jovan’s communication both before and during our stay was great, he was so helpful. He also organised a transfer for us back to the airport on our last day which was cheaper than a taxi and Igor (the driver) told us some info about Montenegro during the journey. We were both really impressed with the apartment and would definitely stay there again.

“Lovely stay in Kotor, would stay again”
Jovan, the manager, was extremely helpful and nice. It is such a relief that you receive the access code to downstairs lobby area a bit earlier so you can spend there time you have before check in. They let us in our room a bit earlier since the room was ready. Really enjoyed having morning espresso on the balcony. There is a nice bakery downstairs. If you need a taxi (or a tour guide) from Kotor ask Jovan the manager (or another team member) to call Igor. Igor is such a wonderful and helpful man. He drove us to Podgorica airport and provided us with a bunch of interesting facts about Montenegro and its history on our way. He also does guided tours around Montenegro. Highly recommend Igor's services! Thank you Bofima, Jovan and his team and Igor! Hvala! Until next time Montenegro.

Everything was great, location, this place is just 2 minutes walk to the old city, the view from the room, with the mountains worth all the money. The host was very welcoming, our room was ready earlier than the check in time, was spotless clean. Everything was as lovely

Great location, only a 2 minute walk to Old Town Kotor. Apartment was stylish, spacious and had a big balcony with views of Old Town. The lady who checked us in was so lovely and helped us with some questions!

“Modern clean apartment close to the old town.”
Great location - easy walking distance to the old town and nice and modern and clean. We were lucky enough to be at the rear of the building which gave us a beautiful view towards the fortress and the old town.

“Pretty good stay despite some shortcomings”
Great convenient location, close to Kotor old town. Large and spacious room with a nice layout and balcony. No noise when sleeping. Would still recommend despite the shortcomings.

“Recommend the property”
The apartment was very clean and newly renovated. At the same time very close to the old town but also not exactly in the heart of all noise and crowds. The owners were also very nice and supported us in all our inquiries. We recommend the property.
