The fabulous staff, especially the ever cheerful Mia and Marko. The location was fabulous, far enough away from Kator old town and the gustle and bustle but only 30 mins walk. Lovely restaurants in easy walking distance. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely room.

“I would recommend this hotel, very comfortable, amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble”
This hotel is fantastic. The view is amazing. Quiet neighbourhood but there are a few restaurants you can walk to and a small store that sells beer, wine and all the essentials. The hotel pool is very nice and the breakfast buffet has a great selection of pastries, cereals and fruit etc.

Brilliant hotel. Out of hustle and bustle of Kotor. But easy taxi ride in. Very clean, lovely rooms with views across the bay. Private swimming jetty. Staff were great. HIGHLY recommend.

Very well renovated property offering superb facilities for guests. Staff are very attentive and helpful with all questions about transport and local attractions. Property also has a sun deck area on the Bay of Kotor.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The location right by the water is simply stunning and made our trip even more special. The accommodation itself is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, very comfortable, and with no unpleasant surprises at all. Everything was spot on. The hotel is also incredibly bright and welcoming, which creates a really relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high quality. Another big plus is the convenient location and the private underground parking, which made everything very easy for us. But what truly stood out was the staff – they were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive at all times. Their hospitality really made a difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. We can absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back anytime!

My first time in Montenegro and I couldn’t have chosen better. This was my first stay in Montenegro, and I truly believe this is one of the best hotels in the area. Not only because the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and has everything you need, but because of the people. From the moment you arrive, you don’t feel like a guest… you feel at home. Starting with the owner, a true gentleman. I have rarely met someone so kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. The way he treats both guests and his staff says everything about the place. During my stay, I had an unexpected situation where I found a very sick stray cat, and he went out of his way to help me get her to a vet. I will never forget that kindness. Natasha at reception is a wonderful person, warm, professional, and always welcoming. There is also a tall lady with long hair always tied up, incredibly sweet and kind, she made every interaction feel effortless and genuine. The lady at breakfast with short dark hair, always smiling in the mornings, brings such a calm and positive energy, you start your day with a smile because of her. Housekeeping was excellent, my room was always spotless and perfectly taken care of. And I also want to mention a young boy working there, still very young, but already so polite, hardworking, and respectful. I truly admired him. What makes this place special is not just the service, it’s the people behind it. You can feel that they care, not just because it’s their job, but because that’s who they are.❤️

Couldn't be better... Private pont at the lake (for a refreshing swim, a coffee from the bar or to simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of the Bay), stylish rooms, super fast network, nice swimming pool for when a swim in the Bay is a bit too close to nature for you, 5-star breakfast buffet and - above all: what a great people are working here!! Our hats go off to the management for bringing all this together on this beautiful and quiet location!!

“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.”
Beautifully clean.Beach opposite was great to swim in. Restaurants close by were good to eat at. Reception staff were very welcoming and could organise most things. Check in and check out was easy. Room was lovely (large, comfortable, clean) with incredible view over the Bay.

Beautifully sited property on the waterside, spotlessly clean. Staff welcoming and helpful reacting quickly and positively to any request. Staff parked our hire car in the garage every day. Breakfast was delicious full of choices to suit all tastes including some tasty local produce. Comfortable well equipped rooms. Would not hesitate to stay again.

“Lovely hotel in stunning location”
Very comfortable small hotel in Kotor Bay, convenient for visiting old town Kotor. The location is stunningly beautiful, and most people are reluctant to leave. Rooms are of varying sizes. Ours was enormous, had basic kitchen facilities and was nicely decorated. Only breakfast is provided, but was delicious. There are several restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive, also a bakery and small supermarket. There is a swimming pool or you can swim in the bay. Plenty of places to sit in the sun and take in the amazing views. The staff are helpful and charming.

Pool and deck area by the lake are beautiful. Freshly made coffees at breakfast and the staff are so helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble.
