“Nice location fits big groups needs upgrading”
The location is great in a small authentic quiet village 20 m from kotor centre, there is little store in the village and the neighbours were helpful and welcoming. The kitchen is well , equipped and the beach is near.

“Spacious villa with fabulous views in a great location”
Great location. So glad we stayed in this village rather than Kotor or Perast. It was not on the main road so quiet. We could go to those places for the day and then get away from the tourist hordes in our villa. The terrace overlooking the sea is fabulous and the views to die for. Two nice restaurants and a great mussel farm bar in the village so you don’t need to drive to go out to dinner. The house is really spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Ana was super quick to reply to our only query ( needed some washing powder). Would definitely recommend.

House is gorgeous. Each room with separate bath and toilet. Living room is huge and balcony (at both floor) are great, with direct view to the sea.

“The best choice for Kotor Bay”
The house is amazing: spacious, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and with two parking places. As for the beach, it is less than 2 minutes away from the house and it's not very crowded, probably because it's small and rocky. We think this is the perfect choice for the accommodation if you ever decide to take a trip to Kotor Bay
