⭐️ A Wonderful Stay in the Bay ⭐️ Location The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away in the peaceful and beautiful area of Dobrota with stunning views all around the bay. It felt calm and relaxing, yet was still so convenient for exploring. Kotor Old Town is around a 40-minute walk along the gorgeous seafront promenade, which we loved doing, or just a quick 10-minute taxi ride that drops you right by the entrance to the Old Town. There is also a small shop around a 10-minute walk away for all your daily essentials. Room The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and had excellent air conditioning, which was very appreciated in the heat. The little kitchenette was really handy, and the highlight was definitely the fabulous balcony overlooking the bay, such a beautiful spot to sit with a coffee or drink in the evening. The outside table and seating made it even better. Facilities The private jetty and swimming area were absolutely wonderful and really made this stay special. There were sun loungers, easy access into the water and a lovely picnic area with tables and chairs to relax by the bay. It was only a 2-minute walk from the room and felt like such a luxury to have on the doorstep. Host Sasha could not have been more helpful or accommodating throughout our stay. Warm, welcoming and genuinely engaging from the start, with excellent communication throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and it really added to the whole experience. Overall We had such a wonderful stay here and are already looking at dates for next year to return. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Bay of Kotor.

The apartment is perfectly situated, right in a quieter part of the bay and offers fantastic views. It is equipped with everything you need, very clean and spacious, and, on top of that, just a 30-minute walk from Kotor Old Town. The walk along the waterfront is well worth it in itself. There are also restaurants and shops located in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the owner was always prompt, very friendly, and helpful. I would definitely book again

The view from the house was beautiful, the garden smelled wonderfully of flowers, it was beautifully designed, and there was a small play area for children in the garden where my baby played for hours. It was a very enjoyable holiday, thank you for everything.

We're very happy with our stay at Grotta Di Nicola and would gladly recommend it to anyone who considers going there. The room was clean and had everything you needed and the view from the balcony was incredible. Peaceful location with great restaurants nearby 😊

We would like to start by mentioning that we asked the accommodation in advance about the possibility of an early check-in, and this was arranged for us without any issues. The hosts are incredibly kind people — friendly, helpful, and very responsive. They reply quickly to messages and phone calls, and they are also happy to help arrange a taxi if needed. The location of the accommodation is excellent — with easy access to everything. The apartment has everything you need. It is beautiful and clean, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The view was breathtaking. The only thing worth mentioning — not really a problem, just something useful to know — is that there are three switches by the bathroom door. The bottom one controls the boiler, and if it is accidentally switched off, there will be no hot water, so you have to wait a while for it to heat up again. :) The photos were taken before leaving.

The accommodation was in a good location, right by the sea. - view was amazing. Kotor is a very windy place, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the lovely balcony.

Lovely property and perfect location, the private beach with the sun loungers is perfect as the beaches charge 40 euros.

Amazing views from the balcony and great location for reaching different places such as kotor old town 5 minute taxi. The hosts were amazing and so helpful, sorting trips and taxis for us and making sure our stay was the best. I would highly recommend staying here it was excellent value for money and I would love to return !

“Lovely stay in Kotor”

Close enough to town, but far enough away that is wasn't noisy or busy. Balcony was lovely and the view is incredible.

Nice view, room new and clean. Great location for morning and evening hikes to old town Kotor. Owners friendly, speak good English. Hihly recommendable.
