Very nice place, clean and the stuff were very nice. We were upgraded to better room (thank you for that) very close to the old city- great location.

The location is perfect as it just outside of the old town of kotor, around 5 minutes walking away. Good breakfast.

“Great location!”

Location was amazing! It's located just outside the city walls, and within a couple of minutes your in the centre of Kotor. The city centre can get quite busy and loud during the night, so it was perfect to have an accommodation that was just outside of it. They also offer onsite parking (for an extra fee).

“Lovely place and close to the old town”

This place is less than a 2 minute walk from the north gate of the old town. My room was spacious and comfortable, with access to a balcony with views of the mountains. Also, the shower was powerful!. There was a nice continental breakfast available every morning. The manager and the lady who cleaned and set out the breakfast were both lovely. I felt very welcome.

The breakfast was good lovely fresh croissants every morning, fresh bread, salami’s and cheese with fruit and yogurt. The manager was very helpful and so was Marianna the housekeeper. The location of the rooms were excellent very close to town, bars and restaurants

“Amazing stay with great breakfast and excellent location”

The property was comfortable and located very near to old town. Centre of kotor, and near kotor bay. Host was very nice and helpful.

The location was excellent, allowing us to go sightseeing immediately after arriving at the hotel. There was also parking nearby, available for €15 per day. The owner was very kind and attentive, always checking to see if we needed anything.

Firstly, our host was very pleasant and helpful, and easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. Offered to help with luggage, and suggestions for the area. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern, with a communal kitchenette, on the 2nd floor. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the wall into the beautiful old town. Close to shopping centre, supermarkets and bakeries. We really enjoyed our time at Kotor, and our very comfortable stay at Filip Deluxe rooms, and would recommend!

Great location, spacious private parking (with small fee), very spacious attic room, owner recommended nice local restaurant.
