As someone working in front office management in a 5-star hotel, I am always very careful when choosing where to stay during my holidays. I usually prefer traditional hotels, so I was honestly a little unsure about booking an apartment instead — but I absolutely do not regret this choice. This trip was for me and my mother, and I am very happy to say that we both had a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from the beginning until the end. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, very clean and located in a perfect area to enjoy Kotor and the bay. What truly made our stay special was our hostess. She is an incredibly kind and welcoming woman who genuinely cares about her guests and makes them feel comfortable and appreciated. Her communication, flexibility and hospitality were exceptional, and you can really feel that she puts her heart into what she does. Thank you again for helping us create such beautiful memories in Montenegro. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor.

If you travel by car, then it is good. If not, then look for a hotel closer to the old town. There are problems with transport in the city, everything is stuck in traffic jams during the day. The 2 km journey took us an hour and a half. All taxis are also stuck in traffic jams so you will only be able to move on foot.

What's not to like? The apartment is in a modern building with all the amenities needed. Quiet, yet very central location with shops, bars and beach within a short walk. The apartment was spotless. The owner was fantastic, we felt like at home. Thanks!

“It was a wonderful staying. I would recommend this place.”
We enjoyed staying at Casa Nuova. The property is clean and the facility is new. It’s on a quiet road so avoids all the traffic on the main road. The on-site parking is really helpful as finding a parking space in Kotor can be difficult. The bed is very comfy and we had good sleep. The room also has a smart TV which allowed us to watch eg Netflix when we wanted to rest in the room. The host is super responsive and helpful. We would come back.

Location was excellent 2 min walk to the promenade 10 min walk to kotor old town very close to shop and on a quiet enough street. Our room was comfortable and clean and well equipped. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

“Gorgeous apartment with fantastic view of the bay from balcony”
This property was a great location, only around a 15 minute into the old town of Kotor. It's also only a couple of minutes walk from the strip in Dobrata, where there are lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spotless, and we loved the huge balcony with views of the bay. The AC was also very efficient and great during the very hot weather!

The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, making it a great base for exploring Kotor and other parts of Montenegro. Since we were a family, we needed to hire a car to visit various places and immerse ourselves in the authentic Montenegrin experience. If you’re planning a trip to Kotor and want to have a car, I highly recommend this location. While finding a car park in Kotor can be challenging, this property is conveniently situated near the main attractions. You can easily leave your car there and enjoy exploring the beautiful Kotor. We had a lovely breakfast on the property’s balcony, which my sons and I thoroughly enjoyed. There was nothing that bothered us, so I can’t leave any negative comments.

“Incredibly Peaceful”
Location was perfect - tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle, but also equally so close to everything we needed! Bed was super comfy and looked on to the most amazing view of the sea and mountains - incredible !! Tatjana made us super welcome, offered recommendations for both Kotor and surrounding areas, and made us feel right at home. Would absolutely recommend and book again!
