Our experience was absolutely wonderful, and we were taken care of from start to finish. The heated jacuzzi on the terrace truly made all the difference. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Apologies, as I didn't get the names of the two ladies from arrival and breakfast, but on return to the hotel in the evening Mario and Marianne looked after us and explained everything thoroughly. Looked after our needs and gave my wife and I a very warm reception. Explained how everything worked and where to go in the area. Food, drink and service was also excellent. The views were amazing. I would highly recommend and will look to return in the near future.

Hotel Palazzo exceeded all our expectations. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What truly stood out was the amazing staff especially Nicola! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Despite a temporary water shortage, the staff handled it with grace and professionalism, delivering water promptly and ensuring we were comfortable at all times. A perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and hospitality – we can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro!

“Views to die for and superb staff”

The hotel was very comfortable but it was the staff that made it. Nikola and the lady chef were exceptional, all the staff were. They worked so hard to ensure we had a great holiday, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again!

Nice and spacious. Not far from Kotor. Just a quick taxi drive away. Nice veranda and breakfast.

Perfect getaway spot from the busy city center. Facilities were great, clean and well kept. The staff was absolutely lovely and made our stay even greater (huge thank you to Nada and Nikola).

“Beautiful views and lovely staff!”

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, away from the bustle of Kotor. The views were stunning, and breakfast had lots of choice — delicious, and enjoyed out on the terrace. A pretty walk into Kotor along the water took about 30 minutes, which was nice. The view from the jacuzzi was beautiful. Nada and the gentleman (I’m sorry, I can’t remember his name) were very friendly and helpful. We also hired bikes from the hotel and had a wonderful ride around the bay.
