Great location, very nice host, clean large apartment

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bay View Apartments in Kotor. The highlight, without a doubt, is the stunning view—waking up to the panoramic sight of Kotor Bay every morning was unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It struck the perfect balance between being peaceful and still conveniently located close to Old Town and other attractions. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making sure we had a smooth check-in and sharing great local tips throughout our stay. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations—perfect for a relaxing and scenic stay in Kotor. We’d definitely come back!

The hosts were so friendly and very helpful it was like staying with family . The views were stunning, and everything was within walking distance. Buses were easy to use and very cheap. Food/Meals were also really good and very reasonably priced.

Everything was just perfect!! From our wonderful landlords who made our staying feel like home, the wonderful, clean, cozy room with the most amazing view. We will never forget this view even when lying in our bed. We decided to visit it every single year!!!!!!

Very nice, clean and modern apartment. The pleasant host brought beer as a complimentary gift. It was raining, so he brought an umbrella. He was ready to help at any time. Great view from the balcony. 15 minutes to the old town of Kotor.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos and is located within walking distance of the old town. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process is convenient because the owner lives in the same building. Special thanks to the owner and his wife for their attention and care. I highly recommend this apartment!

“Fabulous apartment with Breathtaking views of Kotor bay with warm welcoming hosts”

Our amazing hosts warmly welcomed us with information, cake and beer and were on hand throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped, extremely clean with plenty of towels and regularly changed bed linen. The apartment was spacious with a fabulous shower. The balcony provides area for relaxing with stunning views of Kotor bay

Wonderful apartment with a lovely balcony, bathroom and kitchen - the host is very friendly and it was our second visit to Bay View Apartments and we look forward to returning again next year. Parking available outside of the apartments and walking distance to the old city, supermarket and beach.

This apartment was clean and fresh with the most amazing view! it is 10 mins walk from the old town along the bay with some nice places to eat and drink without the hustle and bustle of the old town and with spectacular views across the bay. Family run place, the host was welcoming, helpful and really lovely! The welcome beer and cakes were really appreciated and a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment overlooking Kotor bay about 10/15 minute walk from the old town. Balcony facing the water and good amenities nearby. Owners really friendly and could not have done a better job of welcoming us to the property

It was a great stay at the Bayview Apartment. The hosts are very nice people and the apartment view is fantastic it was very clean and organized. I recommend it.

The location was good.

The host is by far one of the most friendly and welcoming people. On arrival we got a full break down of what there is to do, where to eat and how to get around. By far one of the most memorable stays due to the host. The apartment itself was suberb with lots of space, clean and with one of the best views of the bay.

A lovely, welcoming host who took time to share with us some tips and recommendations and even brought us some post arrival beers! The parking was a huge bonus as nowhere in the old town can offer this. It was far enough out of the centre to avoid the crazy traffic jams when arriving and leaving the property but still easy walking distance (10 mins) to get into the city walls during our stay. Close to the beach and restaurants/bars.

The place was exactly like the pictures, view from the balcony was surreal felt like a movie scene every time I looked out the window. The hosts were so lovely bought us drinks and snacks on arrival and made sure we knew the best tourist spots/ beaches/ food places to go visit. They cleaned our room half way through the stay and provided us with shower towels. The apartment was a great location being 10 min walk into Kotor old town and a 4 min walk to the beach.
