Traditional building with direct access to the shores of the fjord of Kotor. Very helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of possibilites to go out in the neigbourhood of the hotel.

Incredible location in a quiet village and just a few steps from the sea. Kotor and other interesting touriststics and historical spots can be reached easily in a few minutes by car. Comfortable beds, very quiet at night and very clean. The staff is lovely and helpful. We felt almost like if we were at home. The breakfast is delicious and generous portions.

“Personal and breathtaking”
If you like a personal experience rather than being a hotel room number then this is for you!! Absolute beautiful people and the view over the bay at breakfast is breathtaking! Also the nearby restaurant Capasanta has some of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted!

I absolutely loved me stay at the Hotel Galathea! I arrived in Kotor after 10 days in Croatia and while my stay there was also great, coming to the Galathea was even better. Tatiana and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast by the water every morning was a real treat. My room was stunning with views over the bay. I hope to be back one day.

Beautiful hotel, really good breakfast and a very helpful staff. We got to the old town with the bus and it was very easy, we also did once by foot but the street is not really good for a walk. Thank you for the really good breakfast!

A cozy hotel on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in an 18th-century house. The interior features preserved walls, furniture, and many details from that time, creating a stunning atmosphere. The staff is very polite. The hotel offers a delicious à la carte breakfast. The hotel has a picturesque courtyard and a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel's beach is small, clean, and has a well-maintained pebble entrance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Located beautifully, a quaint house on the water with a fabulous view of bay, just a short ride from the old town Kotor. Charming room very clean. “Excellent place, full of charm and good people”
First of all the friendliness of the stuff. No effort was spaired to let us feel satisfied and relaxed. Breakfast very good. Views are beautiful and the outside area by the lake excellent. The hotel is a small stone house and feels like an old fasioned pension. The location on the west side of the lake was very good - not comecialized, quite and lots of parking space.

“What a gem of a hotel”
Tatyana welcomed us during a storm, with umbrellas and lots of helpful recommendations. The rest of our stay was as sunny as you would hope for during August. Swimming from the amazing breakfast terrace was our highlight.

10/10! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, the private beachside area was stunning, the staff were so incredibly friendly! We didn’t want to leave. We will be back for SURE!

“VERY NICE, VERY PLEASANT”
STAFF EXCELLENT. BEAUTIFUL ROOM. LOCATION WASN'T IN THE CENTER, BUT WE HAD A CAR AND HAD NO PROBLEM. THERE IS PARKING NEAR KOTOR CASTLE. IT WAS RAINING AND COOL, SO WE DIDN'T ENJOY ANY BEACH TIME
