Great location. Nice and tidy. Service was amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Right next to the beach and right in the middle of persat and Kotor town.

The location with the jetty overlooking the bay and parking in front of the apartment made this a perfect spot. Quiet, stunning scenery, very friendly, helpful, responsive host. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotless.

“Super stay in small house directly at the water front”
Very cute small house with direct view on the day and both balcony and terrace also facing the bay. We felt very comfortable. Distance from Kotor can be walked (3.5 km) and there are local restaurants and a bakery near by so no need to get to Kotor for those things.

“An amazing view from a comfortable, clean and convenient apartment!”
The view was incredible and the destination itself was very convenient and peaceful. We wished we stayed longer here! Being able to sunbathe on the private jetty was amazing and brilliant value.

“A treasure for an affordable price and with a correct host.”
Our host was an awesome person he did not really interfere with us did not bother us but shared every important detail that we need to know. Also helped us with parking. He has parking spots available which is a treasure in Kotor! The view from the window is absolutely stunning.
