I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in the Bay of Kotor. The welcome was extremely warm and friendly, and I was even greeted with homemade pastries, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment is modern, very clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished with comfortable seating areas. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed extremely comfortable, and the whole place wonderfully quiet — no traffic noise at all, which made the stay very relaxing. The large terrace offers a breathtaking view over the Bay of Kotor and was one of the absolute highlights for me. The location is perfect: away from the big tourist crowds, yet still close to all the beautiful places and excursion destinations around the bay. There is also a very good restaurant nearby (Veranda), easily reachable on foot along the seaside promenade. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again.

We had such a lovely stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really made the experience special was the kindness of the host. All the shops were closed when we got there, and she very thoughtfully prepared food for us so we wouldn’t go hungry. That level of care and hospitality meant so much to us. It’s rare to come across someone so considerate and generous. Thank you again for making our stay so warm and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Kitchen was fully equipped for my needs, and the owner even upgraded some utensils for my liking. Breakfast was not included in the price, but the owner brought home made desserts on couple of occasions - nice touch. The view from the terrace is great, apartment is spacious, the village is quiet but well connected to attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The first thing that took my breath away was the view – absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment I booked until check-out. Communication was easy and fast, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It was wonderful. We were happy to stay at Valentina’s apartments with her family. We were met at the bus stop and driven to the house, and they stayed in touch with us the whole time. House owner Valentina is so helpful and kind. She even brought us local desert krempita. Apartment has stunning view. İt's enogh for 5 person. Apartment was so clean and comfortable. She even thougt the coffe and kitchen stuff. if i come by Kotor again i will stay in this apartment. Thanks for everthing.

The spacious apartment was well equipped. Beds were good. The distance to Kotor was short enough to be able to visit the city at ease.

Very nice apartment, with a stunning view from the window. The sea and the beach are within walking distance, just 5–7 minutes away. There were no problems with finding a spot on the beach. For most of the day, part of the beach is in the shade, which is great for those who don’t like sunbathing. The hostess is very kind and helped us call a taxi to the airport. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would really love to come back to this place again. A special highlight is the opportunity to use the SUP board for free and the barbecue area.

The location, the size and look of the place, the view onto the bay, and the fact that the sun never directly shines into the living room or the balcony meant they were always available to sit in. The hostess was wonderful . She gave us fried sweets with jam

“Nadja Luxury - A Wonderful Place to Stay”

We would have given Apartment Nadja a score of 11 if we could. We spent 7 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is indeed luxurious and had everything we needed for our stay near Kotor. The views across the Bay area are constantly changing and we enjoyed seeing them. We also loved having access to the local beach for swimming. The bus stop on the main road is very close and provides convenient access to Kotor and other towns. The small store in Orahovac is useful for bread, milk, and other basic food items. Valentina the host was lovely to communicate with and looked after us very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view from the balcony. The rooms were clean. The family was very helpful. The location was great, we walked to the beach in 3-5 minutes, there were also two small shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our vacation!
