Apartment had everything you need for a home away from home. Owner was very welcoming. Location short walk to Kotor bay with places to swim, restaurants and mini market.

The location is perfect, very peaceful, but still close to the beach and at walking distance from old town. Safe to park the car. Comfortable and nice apartment and a friendly host. We communicated in German.

Everything. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Marina makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dishwasher and washing machine that you can use, there is AC and private bathroom. The marina and beach are a short stroll down the apartment which is located in a tranquil and green area. There are 2 shops and a few good restaurants within walking distance and you can reach the old town in around 20 minutes walk by the bay. There is also a bike rentals and a number of boat tours for visiting the local attractions. Marina is formidable, very attentive and happy to satisfy all our requests making us feel home. She offered to take us back to the bus station and we would definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend when in Kotor!

I had a short stay and I truly wish I had more days there. The location is incredibly beautiful and close to everything you’d like to visit. The house has everything you might need and even more. The host Marina was charming and so welcoming . The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely book it again without hesitation. It's a little bit of a walk to Kotor but the views are stunning going by the bay . The bay is about 150 metres from the property .

This lovely apartment was just what what we wanted: comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and very close to the sea. It was really convenient for strolling down to the water for a swim. There were restaurants and a small shop nearby.. You could walk into Kotor old town in about 40 minutes but a taxi was only 4€. It was lovely to sit outside, surrounded by mountains and with glimpses of the water between the houses opposite. Marina herself was welcoming and kind and couldn't do enough for us. She poured us glasses of cold apple juice when we arrived and brought us delicious peach cake one morning.

I especially liked that I had a secure and private parking spot.

My partner and I spent 10 amazing days at Marina's apartment, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Marina was incredibly nice and welcoming. She greeted us with a delicious spread of cheeses and charcuterie, and throughout our stay, she brought us homemade cakes and pastries. She even picked us up with her son from the airport and dropped us off when we left, which was super convenient. The apartment was spotless, making it really comfortable. The location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the old town, which had tons of great restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and can't recommend Marina and her apartment enough. It felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to come back! Thanks, Marina, for everything!

The accommodation is clean, tidy, quite spacious. The landlady is great, well organised,, she sent all the location information the day before our arrival. The bedroom is separate and well closed off. The bathroom is neat and clean, the living room with the dining room is quite tidy and everything is nicely oriented and clean. The house has its private parking behind the house which is a big plus considering the position of the house on the main road. The location has a restaurant across the street, you get to the sea itself in 3 minutes and the taxi from the town center to the house is around 4€.

It was amazing, like coming home I could have stayed there forever the couple will de everything to make you comfortable especially the lady the best in my 4 month travel ❤️

Was very clean and inviting. Just a small walk across the road and down a little path to promenade. The lovely lady owner was very kind, she booked a taxi for us to go to the bus station. Very clean, roomy apartment with good aircon.

Clean and cozy apartment located around 2.5km from Kotor's Old Town. The owner - Marina is very nice woman - she welcomed as with juice and cookies. When we were leaving she gave us some small souvenirs from Kotor :) Although the apartment is located quite far from the center of Kotor, it is easily accessible and you have a lot of restaurants, small market etc. in the neighbourhood. The apartment itself is quite large and well-equipped. Recommended for anyone!

Apartment is simple, but spacious and fully equipped for longer stay. Marina is wonderful elder lady and although she doesn't speak English she will do her best to accommodate you.
